"This was a fantastic rental for our July 4th getaway. We had a group of friends who fit easily into the setup of 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The limiting factor is the bathrooms: one is in the master bedroom, one is outside by the kitchen, and both are downstairs. Colleen was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to questions about the gas grill and cabin supplies. The deposit was refunded about a week later. The cabin is well-designed to conserve space, leaving a cozy feel as the dining room and living room are seamlessly connected. The kitchen has some essentials in the cupboards and plenty of dishes, utensils, and pots & pans. If you forget something, Grocery Outlet (or the more expensive Safeway) is a quick drive away. Washer and dryer are provided on-site, and there are plenty of towels and blankets to go around. The master bedroom has a closet of games, and the cabin comes with cable. There's plenty of parking space, as well as a bear-proof garbage receptacle for departure. A fabulous choice at a reasonable price!"

"Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. It had modern TVs so we could connect our Chromecast to it and watch Netflix with no problem. My only complain is that they ask you to clean the kitchen because that is not included in the cleaning fee, the kitchen needed to be left they way we found it. However, the cleaning fee was high so in my opinion that should be included. I am Ok with putting the dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running, so when the cleaning people come the dishes are done, but cleaning the whole kitchen is too much to ask, specially when the check out time is at 11 am, which means you need to get up early if you want to make breakfast and have enough time to clean the kitchen and wait for the dishwasher to finish in order to store the plates."

"House is still awesome. They got new living room and family room furniture. The kids had a blast upstairs while the adults were having a blast downstairs. No real snow in May, but they had "nerf" snowballs for indoor fights and EVERYONE got involved. Broke out the BBQ (they have two) for some grilling, and also made smores with the kids. Went fishing at a local pond and caught our limit of trout 2 days in a row in just a couple of hours. Invited some friends for dinner, and at one point had over 20 people inside. We never felt cramped or crowded. There was also plenty of parking (5 cars in the driveway). The only thing that presented a challenge was which of the over 30 movies they had we were going to watch."
