  • Loved this cabin

"We loved the location, yard ( awesome ) fire pit was perfect, along with out side dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Kitchen had what you would need to get the job done. Really nothing negative ( quite a few light blubs out ) just replaced them as we saw them. Not a big deal...Coffee maker was great. Side note how do you like the Nest thermostat We are considering getting one ? Thanks we will be back.. Kathy and BoB P.s. perfect yard for a hot tub :)"

  • Fantastic Reunion Retreat

"I couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for a family get-together. We rented 3 homes in this neighborhood for a family reunion. This house immediately became the hub of activity because of its great outdoor space (fantastic full moon over the lake) and comfortable living space. The owner went way out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect, making the logistics of arriving and checking out easy, and going so far as to recommend nearby restaurants. His personal touch was an unexpected bonus. The private beach was wonderful for getting together, cooling off, and getting on the Lake without the hassle of having to travel far, stress about parking, or fight the crowds. I'd recommend this house to any family or group of friends who want to be at the Lake; have access to beach, hiking, and other outdoor activities; want a view of the Lake; and have plenty of indoor/outdoor space to enjoy their stay."

  • Cousins Reunion Birthday trip to Tahoe

"We recently got back from a glorious 10 days in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Staying in this cabin was perfect! It's really in an ideal location and soooo comfortable. The bds are comfortable and it's stocked with everything you could possibly need. (except bech towels- so bring your own)! The private Tahoe Oark Beach Club is delightful with absolutely beautiful views. It's got grassy areas and swimming areas, docks and is adjacent to Sunnyside restaurant. We spent every morning on the deck enjoying coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views and every evening soaking in the hot tub. Mark, the owner is really easy to deal with and always responds to questions quickly. He even directed me to exactly where I could find his blender to use when I inquired if he had one there. The wifi went out while we wre there and he had it fixed immediately and directed me to a wonderful bakery/ coffee shop relight near by that I could bike to (using one of his bikes) to hop in a free network if I needed it pronto. (I didn't-- but I lived the Bakery tip)! I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin for anyone who's looking for casual comfort surrounded by the quiet private lot where it's located. It has a lot of little nooks, so you don't feel like you and your guests are cinstNtly on top of each other. We had a mini cousins reunion while I celebrated my birthday and honestly I couldn't have been more pleased --/- just I suppose if I could have stYed even longer! Don't hesitate. This is a great rental on the beautiful West Shore! We'll be back."

Tahoe Park Travel Tips

Tahoe Park Vacation Rentals: Cozy and Comfortable

Lake Tahoe's beauty was made popular decades ago when The Rat Pack made this their playground. Since then, Tahoe has remained a popular vacation spot. When you're looking for Lake Tahoe West Shore lodging, consider a Tahoe Park vacation rental to suit your needs. Tahoe Park cabins rest beneath lofty trees only steps from unspoiled, clear waters of Lake Tahoe. Dozens of Tahoe Park cabins are available ranging from cozy to large private homes with amenities for large groups. Located only 15 miles off the interstate, Tahoe Park is easy to find and a haven for outdoor enthusiasts who relish any chance to hike, fish, or enjoy snow or water sports.

Tahoe Park Vacation Rentals: Nature's Beauty Abounds

Just outside your Lake Tahoe West Shore lodging lays Burton Creek State Park. This well-kept secret is never crowded, and its multiple trails winding over 2,000 acres are serene and still. Tahoe State Recreation Area has over 55 acres with pier and boat facilities available. You can have a picnic and take a swim under the cloudless, blue sky.

The Heavenly Aerial Tram is year-round and climbs over 2,000 feet to an 8,000 foot altitude. The views of Tahoe's basin and the Sierra Mountains from the top will blow you away. At the summit, you can hike many trails or enjoy an evening meal with your loved ones.

Family Fun at Tahoe Park Cabins

A great place for families is Commons Beach. Large, grassy areas provide ample room for kids and pets to stretch their legs and the beach's shallow waters extend out far enough that kids can play safely. In summer, Commons Beach is home to the largest summer music series around; concerts or movies on the beach are a weekly occurrence. To conclude a great day, go back to your Tahoe Park vacation rental and settle in for a quiet, peaceful night's sleep.
