  • Great Vacation Condo

"We looked at several places and finally decided on this place for our Tahoe family vacation. We loved it! The condo is very comfortable and, being lakeside, has a great view of the lake. You can also walk right out the back door down to the shore where we launched our stand up paddleboards on a daily basis. The dining room table is an inviting gathering place and we used it for large family meals and card games. The complex has really nice tennis courts and a 25 meter swimming pool which we used too. If you're looking for a large condo with great views, easy access to the lake and quality outdoor amenities, I'd highly recommend this place."

  • Very Cute & Clean!

"My husband & I stayed at this very cute house for our honeymoon! We wanted a vacation close to different outdoor adventures near the Northshore, where we could include our dogs. We were not disappointed. When we walked in we were greeted by a cute & VERY CLEAN house. On the table, was a bottle of wine & instructions regarding the house. The bottle that they left for us was excellent! We enjoyed it with a steak dinner grilled on the Weber BBQ sitting outside. Any BBQ'er worth his weight knows that nothing beats a Weber grill. :) The property is nestled far enough away from the main road that you get a lot of peace & quiet. We made great use of the outdoor fireplace & the owners left plenty of firewood handy for us to use. The property is not gated for dogs but that wasn't a problem as we have electric training collars to keep our dogs close. The house is equipped with many things to keep a vacationer happy: books, board games, two TV's & DVD players (no DVD's), washer/Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Two major markets (Save Mart & Safeway) are only a short (3mi) drive away; you can even walk there on the beautiful bike trails. The only con, are probably the beds; they were not very comfortable. BUT I don't think this took away from our experience. This is probably the first time that we have never had to contact the property manager or owner over something or the other. Overall, we would definitely stay again!"

  • The retreat in the trees!

"We really enjoyed our much needed retreat in the trees at this lovely home in Lake Tahoe. This place is charming, updated, and very clean. It backs up to what seems like unlimited acreage of forest that I took my two boys on several "nature walks" in. We discovered bugs, hollowed out tree stumps (which make great forts), beautiful birds, walking sticks, and many different signs of wildlife. The hot tub is set in amongst huge pine trees and we found it an ideal place to star gaze from every night. Just a short walk down the road to the private beach on the most gorgious lake in the world (in my opinion). This home has everything you need to have a wonderful get away. The owner is very nice and extremely responsive. His attention to detail is spot on and we will certainly be contacting him for our next Tahoe Vacation. Thank You Milton, Cheers!"

  • Pleasant Stay

"Our 1st impression as we entered the Cabin, was that it was nice and clean but looked a lot smaller and darker than the photos indicated. The Cabin sleeps 9, but in my opinion only 4 people fit comfortably in the living room at a time. We made the best of enjoying the small deck space in the back including the Hot Tub and fire pit back there as well. Needs a new BBQ grill but it worked fine. Chambers beach access was fun for the kids but apparently "renters don't have access to the pool" according to the Chambers staff on duty. Although I feel some upgrades are needed in Lighting and living room comfort, this Cabin provided a safe and pleasant stay for the Family."
