"This house had everything you'd expect and more. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Upon arrival we realized the refrigerator wasn't working, so we called the owner. They drove up a new refrigerator that day! What great service! We would definitely stay here again, but the kids wish there was a hot tub."Guest: Margie_HAC30515 Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 24, 2014View listing

"We loved this little apartment. Very quiet and comfortable. Its basically three rooms - one bedroom which also has the kitchen in it, a bathroom and the master bedroom. The owner lives upstairs and was very helpful and quiet. Everything in the apartment was great but what we really enjoyed was sitting outside amid the trees, the quiet, birds, chipmunks and ground squirrels running around which are very entertaining. Another plus is the location of the place which is mid way between Tahoe City and South Lake Tahoe. The lake is about a 15 minute walk away. The path down there can be a bit difficult to find. You need to walk through the state park next door."Guest: Bob G. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 11, 2014View listing
"What a beautiful home and such a great location! Our family of 5 with 3 teens had a fun stay in Tahoe at this great home. Its so comfortable and has everything you need on vacation. We made dinners in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed hiking near the creek up the road. Sunnyside restaurant just up the road is a fun place too. We plan to be back again. Best rental we have had and very reasonable compared to any nice hotel."Guest: Gardner and Family Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 27, 2013View listing
