  • family gathering

"This immaculate, spacious home is a perfect combo of sophistication and warmth. The kitchen is a dream, and each bedroom is lovely and inviting. The double size yard is fun for sledding and hiking. We walked and sometimes road bikes to the beach. Whether 2 or 3 couples want to relax, or a big family wants to host a reunion, we have enjoyed this retreat both ways."

  • Gorgeous during rain or shine

"Our family spent 2 weeks at "The Tree House." When we walked upstairs into the main "Great Room," we all agreed that "Tree House" was a perfect description....Since it's an end unit, it has windows, surrounded by trees, on all 3 sides. It was quiet, scenic, and very relaxing. We had quite a bit of stormy weather, which was very unusual for this time of year, but we didn't feel "cooped up" because of the airiness of the room and all of the light. The location in the complex is perfect, too. We had plenty of room in the carport for all of our bikes and lake equipment. The beds were very comfortable....It's a perfect place for a big family......We would recommend it to everyone for a nice get-away..."

  • WOW - this is the perfect Tahoe house!!

"First of all, I never take the time to write reviews of anything, but we had such a phenomenal experience at this house that it deserves endorsement. The location is awesome because it's just a short walk to the private beach and new pier, close to Tahoe City, almost walking distance to Homewood, and some pretty awesome hiking. The house has a great hot tub, game room downstairs, bunk-beds for the kids!! Our family had a blast cooking in the kitchen, enjoying drinks on the deck, and then eating at the large table. It's a great house for friends & family get-togethers - thank you!!"

  • Great cabin for large group of friends!

"We stayed as a group of 14 young winter sports fanatics and enjoyed this cabin thoroughly. It's 30 min away from either Northstar or Heavenly ski resorts. Plenty of room for everybody, you can have a bunch of people in the hot tub, some more cooking within the highly practical kitchen area and yet some more playing games in one of the 2 large living areas, all at the same time. This cabin is spacious! Everything is in good shape, functional and well maintained. Plenty of parking space too, and the possibility of sitting everybody around the same table for a nice fondue... Owner is responsive and access is real easy. Highly recommended."
