"The reasons why it was a great place to stay:
* Dan's customer service, communication, and easy execution of the rental
* Location to harbor, downtown restaurants, banks, shopping, groceries, etc. Anything you want to do is within walking distance.
* Harbor and Shoreline village is great for people who like to exercise, run and bike
* View from Condo
* New kitchen
* Convenient garage parking included (A parking space is a must in Long Beach!) If you have a car, I would not rent a place without parking
* Friendly and helpful building attendant at front desk"

"Excellent house for big families. We were two families, ad we spend Christmas and New Year in thhe area. 9 people total. The house had everything we needed. You name it, it is there. It certainly met our expectations. The owners Mia and Kurt were very kind, always following up if our stay was going well. No issues at all. I totally recommend the property

"This is a clean, sweet, quiet apartment close to major highway on-ramps (essential for Los Angeles tourists!!). Kathleen is thoughtful and accessible (we lost our key one night...late...she came home directly at the end of her violin concert to get us in!). The kitchen is big enough to cook in. The living room is pleasant and has decent lighting for reading (a pet peeve of mine in most VRBO apartments). We took our breakfast outside to eat on the wide landing under the trees and ferns. Lovely! Good bed. Clean apartment. There are uneven brick stairs up to the apartment - could be a problem for people with knee or balance problems. We loved the place, will stay there again, and recommend it heartily."

"Our family of 6 adults and two babies came here with hopeful expectations that were not only fully met, but exceeded. The only things we needed to bring (aside from our clothes & food) were the two baby pack & plays. Had the babies been older they each would have had a bed. The home is that - a well appointed home with literally every convenience and then some. From the beach at our door stop to the hot tub in the grotto, this home was perfect for us. Our car was a Surburban so didn't fit in the private garage, but we were given a parking pass as well, and that did the trick. The beds are very comfortable and the bedroom on the first floor with the nearby full bathroom was terrific for my sister-in-law who doesn't like stairs too much. Speaking of which, if you have a child using a stroller, there is a ram up to the actual street one house away, so no need be worried about strollers and stairs. I loved sitting on the beachside of the house in a comfy Adirondack chair, glass of wine in hand watching the sunset. It was great; I hope to go back again some day."
