  • Clean, Clean, Clean... Spotless! Perfect for a large family

"We arrived July 5 and stayed for 9 nights. We have 4 kids, 23, 21, 14 and 12. There was so much room, we had so much space to unwind, relax without being on top of each other. The house was spotless! 2.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, we used the Family Room/Den for a 4th. The house felt so warm and serine. I just can't say enough of how much we loved staying here. The master bedroom, which was very private on the second floor all by it's self had a deck with a view of the ocean. We would sit out there every night and enjoy a gentle breeze. The back patio was perfect for having my family over with a little wine and music. I just can't say enough. The owners were so accommodating to everything we could ask for...Super nice, generous and loving people. They treated us like we were family. A special surprise was in the refrigerator when we arrived, a nice bottle of wine because we were also celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary... The only regret I have is, I didn't get to hug the owners and personally thank them for the special treatment they gave to our family!"

  • Happy Holiday House in Hermosa!

"We just spent 10 days at this charming three bedroom beach house, only a block from the Strand and beach, and a few minutes stroll from Pier Avenue. It was perfect for our family of four, reuniting for Christmas and New Years after two years abroad. The home was spotlessly clean, the living room's gas fireplace and comfy couches made for cozy evenings of family game playing, the beds were comfortable with nice soft bedding, the open kitchen allowed us to cook meals and watch football at the same time, and the deck above the garage was in full sun all afternoon, perfect for barbecuing and cocktails. The property manager, Judi was, as others have said, very helpful, professional, and responsive, even setting up a little christmas tree for us. We took full advantage of the house's amenities including the wine fridge, gas BBQ, washer dryer, two car garage, extra street parking pass and 2 strand cruiser bikes complete with locks. Our only concern had been the single bathroom, but thanks to a mixture of early and late risers, it was not a problem, and we would absolutely recommend this cheerful and uncluttered house."

  • Enjoyed the Rose Parade and a week at this cute house!

"My husband and I spent a week here with friends - our main event was to attend the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena. This is a nice home in Atwater Village which is central to most of the areas I wanted to visit. I was initially concerned that the location might be noisy, as it's conveniently close to the 5 freeway, but this was not the case. The house is quiet, comfortable, and clean, and located in a nice, walkable neighborhood of vintage homes. If you will be visiting Glendale, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Burbank, or Pasadena, this house is convenient to all. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals several times during our stay. Several grocery stores are located nearby. The living room was a comfortable place to hang out. The porch had outdoor seating and we ate several meals out there. I took several long walks through the neighborhood and along the Los Angeles River which has a long bike trail and walking trail. There are several access points nearby in the neighborhood. It's also close to Silver Lake and if you like to walk, take a walk around the SL reservoir which is close by. We ate at El Buen Gusto restaurant, located nearby on Fletcher Dr. ( excellent food !) and walked to Starbucks on Glendale Blvd. I chose this house because I knew I'd be able to walk most everywhere instead of driving. Kevin, the owner, was communicative and available if necessary. As it was, everything we needed was there, so we didn't require his help, but it was nice to know it was available. Great relaxing stay at a comfortable house !!!"

  • Perfect little get away!

"If you want a relaxing and fun weekend to simply get away this is the place (Pine Mtn.) and Cabin! You can comfortably sleep a half dozen (great for a couple too) and enjoy the outdoors. It was quiet and we even had a great time with the neighbors on the south of us. The process was easy too and we would def. do this again!"
