Best beach vacation!
"This was our first time staying in a house instead of hotel during our vacation. It was absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we needed... beach chairs and boogie boards, a beautiful patio with amazing view, fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, comfy beds, plenty of towels...and to top it off we didn't have to drive anywhere since the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The only thing we were upset about is that we didn't stay longer."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Perfect description of the home on the inside. It was clean and well maintained. We had a small problem with the TVs and Helena was very helpful. Overall excellent customer service, would highly recommend this property to others. The sites and restaurants were within good distance."

"We traveled to LA/California as first time visitors to the city/state with no idea of where to stay that would be a good area for our family. After a lot of research on the Silver Lake neighborhood we choose this location and could not of felt more pleased with the outcome. We were immediately impressed by the neighborhood homes. Beautifully located, each so unique in design and the properties are popping with an array of florals. Arriving at the home we found the property to be kept on a professional level. There are some fruit trees on the double lot as well as a coy pond and lots of roses. The walking path through the back of the property made for a nice retreat. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, many evening watching the sun set behind the mountain range. Beautiful and serene. I rarely heard others in the neighborhood so it truly seemed secluded which I enjoyed. The living arrangements met our every need. We had 100% privacy. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We easily slept three and could have slept more if necessary possibly up to 5 with the queen bed (super comfortable with quality linens), full futon and a single mattress on the floor. The full kitchen made meals easy. The location was perfect for all our day trips to LA including days at the beach, movies, site seeing, Universal Studios, Griffith park, La Brea Tar Pit, LA Museum of Art, The Grove shopping and much much more. I can't imagine staying anywhere else and having a better experience in this price range. We were impressed by the cleanliness with nothing out of place or lacking. We will stay here again next year at the latest. We are grateful to have found our LA hideaway in the middle of everything. Thank you Thad for being such a considerate host and making this process a seamless one. Mostly thank you for being willing to share your beautiful home and making it so inviting. I even had to push back tears as I locked the door closing out our trip. We will miss your haven!!"
