Great location with all the amenities you could want
"This property was incredible! Great location, comfy king size bed, beautiful bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, bikes, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The studio was extremely clean and Jackie was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I will definitely be coming back to visit whenever I can."

"My cottage was fantastic. So much so, I'm thinking of coming back and staying this fall. The location is ridiculously close to the strand. Hardly a block to a cool market and awesome restaurants. When I come to Hermosa, I don't need a car and just use the cruiser bikes supplied to go to the shops, bars and killer, diller surf shops. The cottage was bright, cozy comfy and super clean. I could see the ocean from my bedroom and living room. Cocktail hour was perfect under the umbrella on the deck. I can't say enough of how I'd love to live in this cool little unit by the sea. A must rent!"

Loved it! Along with a few tips I wish I had known.
"Super cute basement apartment. Very clean. Owner was so good to work with. Very Comfortable furniture. Great location to the beach. Good parking. Loved going for bike rides. Tips: Your entrance is through an alley. You have no outside door. You go through the garage door with a garage door opener. If you have people going separate ways you have to coordinate who will keep the remote for the garage. If I owned the home I would put a key code box to open the garage. We left the garage door open and our door to the apartment open to get better airflow when we were home. Also your kitchenette is an armoire. It worked just fine though. You do have to do dishes in the bathroom sink. So plan to eat out at least for dinner. We ate breakfast and lunch at the apt for the most part. The hide a bed couch is one of the best. The mattress is great. Very comfortable. We did not get cell phone reception. That was frustrating and we missed a few important calls and had to go out to the alley to communicate. If we had more business to conduct I couldn't stay here. The wifi worked good. It would be nice if the password was shorter and easier to remember though. But to be honest, the whole area, including right on the beach, had spotty reception. The beach is spectacular and not as busy as some other beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again."

"Great location - a couple of blocks from the beach and walking distance to tons of great restaurants. Three nice sized bedrooms - perfect for us (husband and wife and two college-aged sons). Kitchen was fully stocked - we had everything we needed to cook, and the propane barbecue on the deck was a nice touch as well. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic as well. We used the boogie boards, bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided - which were great quality. We really didn't have to think about anything. The only negative (for us) was that the property was west-facing and thus became very warm in the afternoons and evenings on 90 degree plus hot days. There is no air conditioning, so if you rent in August, think about bringing some fans."
