  • Wonderful Home, Plan to Come Back Soon!

"Everybody at the Globe Team is wonderful, I definitely plan to come back. Staying here was way more personal than staying at a hotel. I worked most of the time but admired the apartment!"

  • A Home Away From Home!

"My stay was from 8/05-08/12 and I felt so comfortable, safe, secure and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the condo. Andre was very helpful from my first inquiry about the condo right up until the day I left. I never needed to call Andre for anything during my stay because everything was perfect and I didn't encounter any problems. First and foremost, my biggest concern with renting in LA was finding a rental where I would feel safe and this condo was definitely that, safe. When we first arrived, Andre met us and directed us to the garage which was the first stop of the tour he gave us. Andre took us around the entire building and showed us where everything was. That was very helpful! The condo is on the 6th floor, a quiet 6th floor might I add, in an 11 story building. Everyone whom we met in the elevator or halls were very polite and kind. Now, let's talk about the condo. Everything you could possibly need is provided for you in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cups, spices and seasonings, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster...etc. There is even laundry detergent and fabric softener in the closet for laundry days. The washer and dryer is on the 6th floor, just down the hall. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom with Dish Network satellite tv. There is wifi in the condo however it was a little weak but we mostly spent our time out, that it didn't really matter. The master bedroom has a king size bed with tons of closet space. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a shower head but the tub is a little raised and for some, it might be difficult to step into it. The master bedroom and living room have sliding doors that lead to a connecting balcony that overlooks S.San Vicente BLVD and the Beverly Center mall is adjacent to the condo. The curtains in the master bedroom are very sheer resulting in the room being very bright as soon as the sun came up. You might want to invest in a sleeping mask. There is also a little bit of traffic noise that you'd hear in the master bedroom but nothing that was intrusive. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a built in shelving/storage unit that was very useful. The second bathroom has a full size tub with a shower head. This condo is in the heart Beverly Hills;within walking distance of shops restaurants and a short drive to all the major attractions: The Grove, Hollywood Walk of Fame,Hollywood sign,Universal etc Don't look any further, this condo is the one!"

  • Amazing view, ocean sounds, plenty of beds!

"We've never rented a house online and now we are hooked. This home rental was exactly what we expected and more. The pictures were very accurate and so was the description. The moment we walked in and saw the ocean view and the sound of the waves, we were so excited we booked this house. My family of 5 plus one friend stayed here for 8 days during July 2014. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the beach. We had stopped into the Trader Joe's right up the road and picked up supplies. We were also excited to see the Starbucks to get our daily caffeine fix. The gate staff was very friendly. For us, everything was an hour away. We did a tour of L.A., Santa Monica pier, Huntington Beach, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. We also treated ourselves to massages at Terrenea Resort, which is 5 mins from the house. We used the awesome grill on the patio for many dinners. Any time we were at the house, we sat out on the patio. We saw many dolphins, so exciting for all of us. Great house and Sue, the owner was very helpful!!"

  • Awesome stay

"We were there for a conference with our church. Kevin sent us the info to get in. Walked up the stairs and was completely surprised by the upstairs accommodations. My son and I got the room with 2 queens, huge room! Had a couch and a tv, one of our friends slept on the couch. Plenty of room! The first bedroom had a massage chair, one by one we all tried it after traveling from Northern CA. Felt great after the trip. 1 friend and her daughter stood in that room it had a queen. The last bedroom another queen, one friend stood there. All the rooms were big! There is 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, 1 shower. Perfect for us. Loved that there was a stove and a fridge, we had breakfast and dinner there. Wasn't to far from the convention center. Everyone enjoyed the beds, they were so comfortable. Place was clean and just perfect for our group. Living room and kitchen connected, but enough space. Would totally book it again. Thanks Kevin!"
