  • Home away from home!

"My family has visited this wonderful home every year for several Januarys in a row. It feels like our home away from home! The owners are kind, gracious, and hospitable. They have left nothing to chance and have seemingly thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable. We love cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and grilling out with the outdoor barbecue. We love the proximity to downtown to walk to dinner when we don't feel like cooking. We love walking to the beach every day. I enjoy jogging down the greenbelt to use the exercise equipment. We like the proximity to many of the attractions LA offers while being in the safety and quiet of a cozy beach town. We highly recommend this home!"

  • You'll Love Your LA Home - And Won't Want To Go Home!

"This is a beautiful house, clean and well maintained, tastefully furnished and very warm and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, a lovely big kitchen and well stocked with utensils etc for those who wish to cook. The neighborhood is fantastic - just a block away from Melrose with a range of restaurants, bars, cafes - and further afield are a range of places on Beverly Blvd, or The Grove/Farmers Market. Parking is plentiful (which is a big deal in West Hollywood!) with permits supplied. But despite the proximity to the "action", the house is in a very quiet street, which is a dream for a good nights sleep. There is also a lovely front deck to have a morning tea or coffee in your bathrobe and watch the world go by. Treesa is a wonderful host, so helpful and courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'd highly recommend it!"

  • Charming, comfortable, clean!

"We stayed in this sweet home for a weekend in November. It was the perfect time to visit Pasadena - sunny, but not overly warm. The house was very clean, and absolutely adorable. It had an older home charm, and hip and artsy decorations. The three bedrooms and two baths were perfect for our party of 5 people. We especially loved the dining room area, which had a fantastic large rustic table. We spent most of our time in the house sitting around this table together. The neighborhood is lovely, with many tree-lined streets and a short drive to downtown Pasadena."

  • I just spent three very enjoyable nights at Mike and Susan's house with my 4 kids.....

"The place is amazing. It is a very windy intimidating drive up the hills to reach the house but well worth the drive. Plenty of room for all of us and plenty to see and do. We went down to the beach every day and hiked up the mountain too. Neptune's Nest is very cool and right at the Pacific Coast Highway...Malibu Seafood is just a bit further south...close to Zuma Beach...Both places were very good. The highlight though was the day we spent with Mike and Susan trying to learn to surf. Great hosts!"
