  • Luxury with a view

"My family of four adults were attending a family wedding in Malibu and we couldn't have picked a more comfortable and lovely place to stay. This townhouse is perfectly outfitted and beautifully decorated. It was a delight to have coffee in the morning on the porch to watch the early surfboarders and coming from a NY city apartment we loved grilling outside. Robin was easy to deal with sorting out rental details."

  • Amazingly beautiful

"We came from all directions ( some as far as France) to celebrate a family reunion and we created memories that we will cherish forever. We knew from the pictures that we were headed for an amazing destination; this is a case, however, where reality was even better than what we had imagined. It all started with the amazing drive up the hill off PCH. The picturesque two mile climb up what seemed like an interminable succession of challenging hairpin curves kept the suspense going . The pictures, both inside and out, really don't do the house justice. It is beautifully decorated and the views from all angles, especially the master bedroom balcony, are breathtaking. On cloudy days it felt like we were sitting on top of the clouds and on clear days, the view of the hills and the ocean were spectacular. Should I mention watching the sun set while sitting in the jacuzzi? We took many walks on and around the property and enjoyed watching the hang gliders flying by. Neal was very easy to work with and always responded promptly to any questions . He also provided us with a list of suggested activities which we found most helpful. All eight of us were sad to leave this magical place and hope to go back someday!"

  • Best House We've Ever Rented

"My husband and I have been in 3 rental homes before while on vacation. This was by far the best yet. Not only was the process simple and easy, but we got exactly what we expected and more. The property is BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely comfortable and it just felt like home. Additionally, the home had all the amenities we could possibly want. We cooked a few meals, and all we had to buy was the food. There was soap, shampoo, towels, everything, you name it. Next time we're in LA, I hope this home is available! We would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area! It's not downtown, but we got everywhere we wanted to go, no problems."

  • Family getaway

"The owner was very accommodating on arrival. We had gotten into town early so she rushed to get the place clean quickly and let us check in early and hit the beach. The BEST part about this place is the amenities she provides. Bikes for everyone, boogie boards to use, beach toys, kites, and even the house is stocked with toys and games. Our kids, 10 and 12, loved it! It is just one block to the beach and easy access to the bustle of both Venice and Santa Monica as it sits literally sandwiched between the two. The home is cute and quaint with everything you need. The owner even had a bowl of juicy oranges and granola bars for us when we arrived. So welcoming and accommodating. Parking was tight but there was space in the back of the unit for our big SUV. We jostled a bit when we need to get the bikes out but it was easy enough. The only drawback to this location is the street noise. It sits right off of Pacific so the traffic noise drowns out any beach seagulls or quiet you might want sitting on the back patio. At night and early morning can be really loud especially since you need to have all the windows open to let a cross breeze through the unit. My kids didn't mind and I had earplugs so it worked out okay. Lovely home and would definitely stay here again!"
