"This was a perfect setting for my family (coming from three different cities) to celebrate my birthday. It's hard to please everyone, especially when they all suggest different locations. This three bedroom Casita solved it all. Location, beauty & peacefulness. We were 4 different families--total of 10, and we all enjoyed privacy when we needed it. The entire unit is just beautiful, spacious and extremely well kept. It was conveniently located near the family pool and the views were spectacular. Everyone agreed that this was a excellent choice and want to do it again....
We had breakfast and lunch in the Casita and dined in different restaurants on the property each evening. Everyone was happy. We highly recommend this vacation home. My experience dealing with the owners was easy, prompt and efficient."

Stunning Life-Affirming View of Pacific, Charming Ambience, Convenient Location
"I stayed here on business and found this ocean-view home a great value for the Los Angeles area. A French Country-style getaway, this rental pretty much offers a 180 degree unrestricted western view of the Pacific Ocean that goes from Catalina Island on the south to the northern tip of Malibu. The home has three bedrooms and two baths. It's very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and "classy casual" in decor; very livable. Once you are inside or, better yet, sitting on its west-facing lanai, you are transported to a timeless and peaceful place; it's really hard to imagine you are living in one of the world's major metropolitan areas. By day, I'm a busy media and advertising executive; when I come "home", this house is a perfect haven or retreat for peaceful reflection, inner healing, or bringing out that creative writer in you! It has a two-car attached garage and is in a very walkable, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. Most anything you need for shopping or living is located within a few minutes drive; you never really have to leave the neighborhood. It's an incredibly difficult place to give-up once your stay is over (sigh)..."

"Comfortable 1 bedroom condo for a seven week stay. Extremely clean and well equipped. When we did have a little plumbing issue Hovik and his brother worked diligently to get it fixed. The pool was a big hit with our 2 year old granddaughter. If there is any downside, the location overlooking the pool, while providing a nice view, could get a bit noisy. Fortunately the unit has good soundproofed doors which makes it easy to shut out the noise. We highly recommend this unit."

"We rented both 3 bedroom casitas for 5 nights before we went into LA for our daughter's wedding. We had a total of 10 people there. These are in an excellent location- amazing view, short walk to the pool, very nice inside. The units aren't directly connected but you just walk down a private, outdoor hallway to go between them. We hired a chef through kitchensurfing.com to come in 3 different times. We hung out in one unit while he cooked in the other unit. It was a great place to stay. This resort is the type you come to and never leave. There is the pool, cove beach, an nature center where they watch whales (we saw LOTS of whale and dolphins right from our deck), etc. Nelson's restaurant was fantastic. We hope to come back."
