"We needed a calm and restful retreat for a family member recuperating from recent surgery. We were close enough to UCLA and yet near the beach. The bungalow was a perfect spot. The beds were comfortable. I was afraid it might be a bit noisy being near the highway but we had no difficulty getting to sleep. The backyard provided a nice spot to read or eat a meal. There was a bit of a chill one night and we enjoyed the fireplace. I would definitely return some day to enjoy when every member of our family was healthy."

"We stayed here during our annual visit to see our son in Redondo Beach. This is a wonderful place, convenient, close to the beach, stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for your next beach getaway!"

"We had an awesome time at this home. We were in town to visit family. Everyone congregated here and it was comfortable enough for all our guests. We made dinners and visited while the kids enjoyed the playhouse , slide and trampoline out back as well as the table tennis and tether ball out front. My little girls found the toys and it was such a treat to have lots of books to read to them. My big boys totally dug the entertainment system and when the cousins came over they had movie night on the big screen. Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Boogie boards and beach toys in the garage. A bottle of wine on arrival....we made treasured memories here, for sure!! My only tip to incoming guests is that the house doesn't get a lot of breeze because of the higher homes above it to the rear. We turned the oven on the first night and it heated up the house. It was already unseasonably warm temps. We then decided to use the crock pot, which we were happy to find! There is also a grill out back. Great home! Beats a hotel anyday!!!"

"We stayed almost six weeks at Cassetti di Santi and Olivia and Dave did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The house is an old typical California beach house that has been renovated to modern times. When you walk in the door, you'll feel at home and when you check out the spacious backyard you'll know it. You're five minutes from the lovely beach trail that you can walk or bike for miles. The house was well equipped and Olivia updated some of the pots and pans to my wife's culinary requirements. There is a wide variety of places to eat, drink and people watch in Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach, from fine dining to neighborhood bistros and beach bars. The house fit our expectations for low-key 'local' feel and we'd love to come back again anytime!"
