"The studio is located in a very quiet street, minutes walking to wholefoods and pharmacy, and 5 minutes ride from either Santa Monica or Venice.
So the position is wonderful!
The studio itself has everything you need to feel home, large comfortable couch and all kitchen amenities.
The studio is not so recent so perhaps it would need a little fix here and there, like pavements and bathroom walls, and the tap.
But really these are details we did forget asap, as the staying was really great!"

"This was our second year staying at the charming Tree House. We were there for several weeks and decided we wanted to move in! We are very appreciative of the friendly property manager who makes all of the arrangements and the stay so enjoyable. He is responsive to any texts but truly there are never any problems. The location is perfect especially for walkers. We did not rent a car while there and our daily walks took us to Naples (a must see of homes on canals), bustling 2nd St. where restaurants and shops abound, the beaches, wonderful food stores, the Belmont Plaza gorgeous outdoor pool, and bus stops which travel downtown or to the harbor area. Long Beach is a city of diverse neighborhoods and activities. The sun shines almost every day and it was always a joy to return to the tree house which is secluded behind a private gate and sit on the outdoor deck to watch the boats in the marina. If you want luxury, this would not be for you- it's quaint and simplistic but has everything you need. If you value privacy, location and a view, this is the ideal haven."

"This is a perfect place for anyone in L.A. who would rather stay in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. I love the peaceful area and ease with which I can start scenic morning walks (i.e. step out the door) or walk down to the Beachwood Cafe for breakfast which is about a mile away, depending on the route you take. Juliette was an attentive host, with easy, laid back communication. Love having a washer and dryer and fridge for stays over a couple of days. I am already scheduled to return and look forward to staying at Juliette's place again."

"We love this property! A Mid-Century Modern home that is perfectly decorated in a natural minimalist style. Hidden away facing a canyon, it's a great place to view wildlife like deer and see every type of bird including owls. A great place to let go of all the stress that build up in day to day life. Many steps and paths lead to to little reading/meditation/yoga areas all around the property. We slept out on the cantilevered deck that looks over the vast property (not counted as one of the bedrooms, just the spot that seemed most interesting to us)....the smells, sounds and cool night air was perfect for us, and completely private. The pool and pool lounge area felt like an expensive resort. The fireplace in the living room was very romantic. The bathrooms are very beautiful and modern and we took turns soaking in the deep jetted spa tub in the master suite.....ou la la. Very short drive or walk down the hill to all the best restaurants, shopping and museums (don't miss the Norton Simon) that Pasadena has to offer. Love, love, love this place!"
