"This property was awesome! The owner Sandy, made things extremely easy be emailing me all the detailed information of the property. When we got to the condo she even had an additional binder on the counter with information on places to eat, places to see, etc. The entire place was very clean. And having a washer/dryer was very helpful since we went to the beach every morning. Best of all, inside the garage was 4 boogie boards, 2 surf boards, a small football, a volleyball, bikes etc. I will mention though that the 2 surf boards need to be waxed as there is some caked on sand onto of both of them. The boogie boards are all in perfect condition. Keep in mind that all of this equipment is FREE for you to use! If you go on the boardwalk you would have to pay to use these things on a strict time limit. This was a huge plus! The place is located just a small corridor to the beach. Literally 30 steps away. Its absolutely awesome. There's plenty of tourist attractions all along the boardwalk if you're into that sort of thing. The neighbors next door were really chill. Awesome location, great experience, great free equipment. Thanks again Sandy!"

  • Romantics

"First, Helen was easy and a Gem to deal with. We arrived, everything was clean and put away. The walk down the passage way gave my wife some thoughts to ponder but after getting to the bungalow, she was good to go. Cassie (bartender)was the first one to greet us. She was very warm and inviting. She made our 1st day. She was unpacking her car with bar stuff and took the time to make sure we stopped in and saw her later that evening (we didn't due to plans but joined her later that weekend.) p.s. now she knows how to make "killer" mint julips! The bungalow was cozy, bedroom was large enough with a good comfortable bed. The loft had a bed also and was used by my son after a night out and no one wanted to drive. The kitchen is small but had the essentials. We were very busy so the TV was off most of the time but had a good picture and sound when we did use it. The bikes were a play. We rode down to the beach every day (no parking expense) and just locked them up. Pretty cool. The decor is early american Venice with a very colorful palette - it was fun. We will stay again if we get back there in the near future. Very much worth the $$. DO NOT MUCH FOOD - very small frig (beers and water for the most part)"

  • Exactly As Described!

"Check in was quick and easy! Cottage was exactly as described! Carmen was very welcoming, and gave us some places to visit that I did not know about during our stay! Awesome hostess! It was clean, and well maintained! The cottage was a little warm, it was 95-98 degrees during our stay, and no fans in the cottage! We did keep all windows open though, and it helped a little, but a fan would have been nice! The cottage location is in a residential area, and you can hear vehicles go by, but it gets quite after 9 pm (If you like to go to bed before that, buy ear-plugs and you will be fine). The first night me and my husband was there, we did hear a whole phone conversation late one night, since all windows in the cottage were opened, and you have to keep them open since the cottage has no ac or fan. The cottage is also within walking distance to the beach, about a 10 minute walk! Also, if you have your own car, Carmen does provide you with a parking space in the back of the cottage, and you can also park in the front of the house, when you find a parking spot! If you like to cook.... the cottage has dishes and pans, everything you need in the kitchen! Had a good time at this cottage, but my only suggestion would be to put up curtains in the kitchen and bathroom, even though it was a shower curtain preventing someone looking in! Other than that...I would definitely stay again!"

  • Charming home...lovely time!

"Charming home in a great neighborhood. It's a cute styled home that's well equipped and clean. You could not ask for a better location..Rose St. 2blocks away, AKinney just a 10 minute walk as well as the boardwalk. My niece and had were very comfortable and felt like we were home away from home..so cozy. We will definitely stay at the Flower house again as well other family when they're in the area. Easy check in and out...and kudos to Tony for coming to our rescue on a Sunday night when we were 'technically challenged'...thanks Tony! Branson was so helpful and informative with the booking. The reason I gave a 4, not 5 rating is for a few minor things. The backyard is beautiful but the lawn furniture, cushions and deck need attention. Also, the fact you had to leave all dishes clean and take out all the trash was a bit much considering the cleaning fee I was charged. This is a great home...great location...great price...all in all a nice experience! I can't wait to return and hopefully stay longer."
