"Perfect little house 5 minutes from the beach. We went almost everyday. We Enjoyed fresh squeezed orage juice every morning. Everything you need is provided. Couldn't be more please with our stay. Holly was also super nice! Would love to rent again! 5 star rental. What are you waiting for?"

"My hosts were helpful , respectful of privacy and yet there when I needed them . The space is aesthetically pleasing with thoughtful design.. Modern but warm and the neighborhood is nice for walks and close to Venice, Santa Monica and surrounds with good eateries in walking distance . I slept well and appreciated my hosts attention to details and providing a space that is both comfortable and tasteful ."

"I booked the cottage only a month in advance of arrival and I was surprised it still available. It did not disappoint. Everything matched the description. It is central to everything that is worth seeing in the Los Angeles area. A few houses down in a short pathway to the Venice Canals, which are a must-see while in Venice. There is a bank, restaurants, stores, and fast food within walking distance. There are two Ralph's grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. The beach and the Venice Pier are only a very short walk away. Santa Monica and Malibu are right up the road. The neighborhood around the cottage is also very quiet for a residential area. If you are going to a Dodgers game, leave plenty of time. The LA traffic can be brutal. I left at 5:40 for a 7:10 game and missed the first inning. I would not hesitate to return to this cottage. I wanted to be near the beach and canals, so the location did not disappoint."

"Our stay at the Common House was very relaxing and being close to the beach was very helpful. Overall a quiet neighborhood with a few planes taking off from the nearby airport. Close to stores and easy access to the LA area. We wished it had an oven but the toaster oven was adaquate. Nice breezes in the afternoon felt great with the doors open. We would recommend this house and would stay again on another stay."
