  • Wonderful Weekend!

"We had a wonderful stay at your cottage! We enjoyed the boats and the perfect location! Within an UBER ride away from anything you would want. We slept like babies with the cool ocean breeze ! It was our first experience with VRBO. Thank you"

  • Sensational Venetian experience!

"We had a fantastic stay at the Frank Gehry Beach House - an architectural treasure in the heart of Venice. An open, exciting floor plan, expansive deck and charming patio. Completely private but a short walk or bike ride away from all that is Venice - as well as the Marina peninsula and beaches. A wonderful way to experience authentic L.A."

  • winter escape

"We spent a beautiful February in Adam's lovely home, enjoying walks on the beach instead of shoveling snow back home. Visually unique, with great common space inside and out. The roof deck patio is out of the ordinary, functional and provides a sheltered outdoor space with views. The location is in convenient walking distance to the marina and Venice pier restaurants, and a short drive to all Santa Monica has to offer. A great base for day trips, or doing nothing. No real problems with the property, but Adam was extremely responsive to a few minor issues and questions. Can't say enough good things about this property."

  • Romantics

"First, Helen was easy and a Gem to deal with. We arrived, everything was clean and put away. The walk down the passage way gave my wife some thoughts to ponder but after getting to the bungalow, she was good to go. Cassie (bartender)was the first one to greet us. She was very warm and inviting. She made our 1st day. She was unpacking her car with bar stuff and took the time to make sure we stopped in and saw her later that evening (we didn't due to plans but joined her later that weekend.) p.s. now she knows how to make "killer" mint julips! The bungalow was cozy, bedroom was large enough with a good comfortable bed. The loft had a bed also and was used by my son after a night out and no one wanted to drive. The kitchen is small but had the essentials. We were very busy so the TV was off most of the time but had a good picture and sound when we did use it. The bikes were a play. We rode down to the beach every day (no parking expense) and just locked them up. Pretty cool. The decor is early american Venice with a very colorful palette - it was fun. We will stay again if we get back there in the near future. Very much worth the $$. DO NOT MUCH FOOD - very small frig (beers and water for the most part)"
