Don't look past this one! An oasis at the end of our holiday
"We stayed here for five nights in May 2015. The house and location are both great. You literally need to only walk a minute or so to be on the boardwalk and experience the "sights" of Venice Beach, however being a pedestrian only frontage, the house maintains a quiet, relaxed vibe that enables you to really relax at the end of a busy day out and about seeing the sights.
We utilised all three bedrooms (there were four adults in our group) and everyone found they had a comfortable, quiet nights sleep.
After living in hotel rooms for the previous couple of weeks the ability to make our own breakfast, make a pot of coffee or have a snack from the fridge was a godsend. The restaurants up on Abbot Kinney Blvd are easy to walk to at night and all in all we felt right at home here. The extras like the bikes, scrabble boards etc are an added bonus, as in this day and age rarely do we get to spend time sitting around a table playing games together......though the wifi was much appreciated too! I would happily stay here again and have already recommended this house to friends.
Other things worth mentioning - there is a bbq and a full kitchen available, which would be great if you were inclined to cook whilst on holidays. Washing machine and dryer available complete with washing detergent. There is carparking available out the back. We didn't have a car for this part of our trip however we found it easy to get around, either by walking, bus, taxi or Uber."

"76968 Breeze is a great little bungalow. My wife and daughter truly enjoyed our time there. Mike was an excellent property manager, he never seemed out of reach and was quick to respond to any issues we had (they were minor).
Let me hit all the great aspects of this bungalow. It has wood floors. It is clean. The kitchen was truly great. It is one of the main things we considered before calling this place home for a month. Fridge is new, everything worked, dishwasher was handy and reliable, sink and stove and oven, everything worked and looked good and we really appreciated that. The bathroom was clean. Nothing felt neglected. Washer and dryer worked great and were much appreciated. The TV worked fine and the digital media player was really great for nights in. (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). The wifi cut out once but Mike was quick to fix it by resetting the router. I had to log back into Netflix once and needed the username and password and Mike was quick to respond. The furnishings and fixtures inside the bungalow were good. The location was perfect, exactly what we wanted. Across the street from the beach, down a nice little path to the corner where Main and Abbot Kinney meet. Really just a great location. Once I locked my keys in the apartment and was worried this would be a terrible inconvenience for Mike. He took care of the situation right away. I'm sure I missed some of the things we really enjoyed about the place, and there were many.
Here are some of the things we feel could be improved for future visitors. A few lights were out when we moved in. The fans are great, but please have them cleaned. They were covered in dust and dog hair in all the nooks and crannies. Our only major concern. Also, a main selling point for us was that the website maintained the property was pet-free. The previous tenant obviously had dogs in the bungalow, and it took days with all the windows open to get the smell out. I like dogs and wouldn't have minded if the place was pet-friendly, but the website said otherwise and we were not expecting that at all. A heads up would have been really appreciated. Another minor thing is that the way the fridge is situated, it makes no sense for the door to open from the left, as other visitors noted. The pack and play cot for the baby was dirty and we didn't use it. I doubt future visitors with children will consider using it.
In short, a great place. Mike was truly great. No complaints. Hope to return someday. Highly recommended."

"This is a nice condo in a great location. We were there for five weeks. Most of the time only my husband and I, but our daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old joined us for a week. We were comfortable except for sitting in the living room area where there is limited seating - none too comfortable. That is one area that could use some updating. The condo was clean and in good condition. Although the unfinished concrete floors are another issue. It has an updated kitchen that was great for cooking - nice and open with beautiful cabinets, beautiful finished concrete counter tops and newer, good working appliances. The kitchen was very well supplied. The bathroom is very basic, but also in good working order. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The queen size beds were both very comfortable. We loved the private patio with a nice gas grill where we cooked lots of meals during the month we were there. The neighbors were very nice, but partying is discouraged because of the close proximity to neighbors. We were able to entertain a couple of small, quiet groups. We loved, loved the neighborhood with its proximity to the beach and Abbott Kinney and cool, trendy restaurants, delis, shops, bars and yoga studios.
Global management personnel were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our requests and needs. We sure appreciated the nice little crib they supplied for our grandson. The few small items missing from the condo were supplied as soon as we let them know. We would highly recommend this condo even with the few little caveats mentioned. We wIll definitely consider renting this condo again."

"This condo is amazing and has all the amenities you could possibly want. The view of the beach and ocean is incredible and we loved the cool breeze that came off the ocean - we kept the balcony doors open and were thrilled that there were absolutely no bugs or anything!!! Ann was so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great for either hanging out in Marina del Rey/Venice or driving to the LA attractions. We loved having the kitchen and grill to use for meals when we didn't feel like going out. Highly recommend this property to couples who are looking for a relaxing time at the beach. You won't be disappointed!"
