Great beach getaway!
"This is a wonderful town home, perfectly located on a quiet part of the beach yet close to the action of Washington Street and the marina area. My husband and I loved Regiane's home. And, she is helpful and caring--giving the place a wonderful and welcoming feel. It's a perfect size for a couple getaway. The decor is shabby chic and reminded us of our own decor aesthetic at home! We live in a big city and were thrilled with the quiet of the beach area where the town home is located. We enjoyed the beach, spent time on Washington Street, rented a boat at the Marina and took a long walk all the way to Santa Monica. When we need to be in LA in the future, we will return to Regiane's! Also, it's a very short trip from the airport."

"Check in was quick and easy! Cottage was exactly as described! Carmen was very welcoming, and gave us some places to visit that I did not know about during our stay! Awesome hostess! It was clean, and well maintained! The cottage was a little warm, it was 95-98 degrees during our stay, and no fans in the cottage! We did keep all windows open though, and it helped a little, but a fan would have been nice! The cottage location is in a residential area, and you can hear vehicles go by, but it gets quite after 9 pm (If you like to go to bed before that, buy ear-plugs and you will be fine). The first night me and my husband was there, we did hear a whole phone conversation late one night, since all windows in the cottage were opened, and you have to keep them open since the cottage has no ac or fan.
The cottage is also within walking distance to the beach, about a 10 minute walk! Also, if you have your own car, Carmen does provide you with a parking space in the back of the cottage, and you can also park in the front of the house, when you find a parking spot!
If you like to cook.... the cottage has dishes and pans, everything you need in the kitchen! Had a good time at this cottage, but my only suggestion would be to put up curtains in the kitchen and bathroom, even though it was a shower curtain preventing someone looking in! Other than that...I would definitely stay again!"

"We loved the location of this house. It's easy to walk around Venice from here, stopping at some amazing food trucks on Abbot Kinney, and on to the great beach.
The house was well set up with comfortable furniture and nice features. We didn't know that it doesn't come with a dishwasher, and the internet cut in and out a few times, but we still loved the place and appreciated the service from Globe. We hope to come back, and would definitely recommend this house!"

Don't look past this one! An oasis at the end of our holiday
"We stayed here for five nights in May 2015. The house and location are both great. You literally need to only walk a minute or so to be on the boardwalk and experience the "sights" of Venice Beach, however being a pedestrian only frontage, the house maintains a quiet, relaxed vibe that enables you to really relax at the end of a busy day out and about seeing the sights.
We utilised all three bedrooms (there were four adults in our group) and everyone found they had a comfortable, quiet nights sleep.
After living in hotel rooms for the previous couple of weeks the ability to make our own breakfast, make a pot of coffee or have a snack from the fridge was a godsend. The restaurants up on Abbot Kinney Blvd are easy to walk to at night and all in all we felt right at home here. The extras like the bikes, scrabble boards etc are an added bonus, as in this day and age rarely do we get to spend time sitting around a table playing games together......though the wifi was much appreciated too! I would happily stay here again and have already recommended this house to friends.
Other things worth mentioning - there is a bbq and a full kitchen available, which would be great if you were inclined to cook whilst on holidays. Washing machine and dryer available complete with washing detergent. There is carparking available out the back. We didn't have a car for this part of our trip however we found it easy to get around, either by walking, bus, taxi or Uber."
