  • Great Location

"Fantastic unit, accommodated 10 adults easily.Lounge and dining area wasn't used a lot as our group spent most time outside on the patio. The unit we found had way too much clutter in the kitchen,a lot of unused kitchen odds and ends in the cupboards. The bathrooms nearly the same, half used products and clutter in 2nd bathroom with nowhere to put your toiletries.I think the owners need to address these issues, and have a good clear out of unused and old items.Reviews are meant to be honest and that is all I am being. We also thought that the end room at rear of the unit needed a good make over with some bright linen,as it was rather old and worn.Only small things for improvement but they make a big difference to the overall impression guests get when inspecting and living in your unit. Our time spent here was fantastic,we would highly recommend a vacation at this property.Steps away from Venice Beach:)))))"

  • proximity

"Proximity to beach and easy access to food and shops. Walked to Venice beach. Santa Monica Pier. Emailing with concierge was very helpful."

  • Nice Condo, Loved the Neighborhood & Location

"This is a nice condo in a great location. We were there for five weeks. Most of the time only my husband and I, but our daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old joined us for a week. We were comfortable except for sitting in the living room area where there is limited seating - none too comfortable. That is one area that could use some updating. The condo was clean and in good condition. Although the unfinished concrete floors are another issue. It has an updated kitchen that was great for cooking - nice and open with beautiful cabinets, beautiful finished concrete counter tops and newer, good working appliances. The kitchen was very well supplied. The bathroom is very basic, but also in good working order. Good shower with plenty of hot water. The queen size beds were both very comfortable. We loved the private patio with a nice gas grill where we cooked lots of meals during the month we were there. The neighbors were very nice, but partying is discouraged because of the close proximity to neighbors. We were able to entertain a couple of small, quiet groups. We loved, loved the neighborhood with its proximity to the beach and Abbott Kinney and cool, trendy restaurants, delis, shops, bars and yoga studios. Global management personnel were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our requests and needs. We sure appreciated the nice little crib they supplied for our grandson. The few small items missing from the condo were supplied as soon as we let them know. We would highly recommend this condo even with the few little caveats mentioned. We wIll definitely consider renting this condo again."

  • An oasis tucked away in the heart of Venice Beach

"My husband and I rented the cottage mostly because it had a kitchen and a hot tub. We were visiting LA to see our daughter and wanted a place where she and her friends could come to hang out and eat. When we first arrived I was uncertain about the place because the parking spot is in the alley which is not the most inviting place. But once you enter the yard it is an oasis of tropical charm. We found that using the gate to the walking street was so welcoming that we only used the alley when we had to drive. The kitchen is well equipped for all kinds of cooking with a brand new grill out on the deck. Plenty of pots and pans, large refrigerator and a very good coffee pot. The grill was not working at first but one call to Byrnadette and we found the problem. She was very responsive to all our little issues and happy to help in all ways. The hot tub was well received by young and old alike. The decor is so charming. It was white vintage chic with a light airy feel. The only thing I would have changed was the dried/dead flowers on the kitchen hutch. They were the opposite of the rest of the decor. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets for beds and fresh white towels in the bathroom. There is an extra bedroom in the back that can be rented for a bigger group. I looked in and it is as charming as the rest. We had a wonderful stay. P.S. I think you should tell your guests about the wonderful farmer's market on Sunday in Venice where you can get breakfast and on Wednesday (mostly produce) in Santa Monica."
