"If you get to go to Malibu and have the opportunity to stay in Amber's rental AND meet Amber you will be a lucky person. She is a gracious hostess with a wonderful personality and a hard worker. Her home is located on a quiet, beautiful, clean stretch of beach in a quieter part of Malibu. Walk to Neptune's Net about a block down for some seafood and enjoy the locals. The home is nicely laid out, mid century modern, wood floors, uncluttered and clean. The deck is very large and has an unobstructed view of the ocean. The sunsets are so beautiful we had to be back each night by 7 so we could catch it going down while having a cocktail on the deck. We saw whales, dolphins, seals and pelicans. We were lucky enough to see a "Farmer's University" commercial being filmed right in front of her home on PCH and it was a nice treat for us Texans. So Hollywood!"

  • Romantics

"First, Helen was easy and a Gem to deal with. We arrived, everything was clean and put away. The walk down the passage way gave my wife some thoughts to ponder but after getting to the bungalow, she was good to go. Cassie (bartender)was the first one to greet us. She was very warm and inviting. She made our 1st day. She was unpacking her car with bar stuff and took the time to make sure we stopped in and saw her later that evening (we didn't due to plans but joined her later that weekend.) p.s. now she knows how to make "killer" mint julips! The bungalow was cozy, bedroom was large enough with a good comfortable bed. The loft had a bed also and was used by my son after a night out and no one wanted to drive. The kitchen is small but had the essentials. We were very busy so the TV was off most of the time but had a good picture and sound when we did use it. The bikes were a play. We rode down to the beach every day (no parking expense) and just locked them up. Pretty cool. The decor is early american Venice with a very colorful palette - it was fun. We will stay again if we get back there in the near future. Very much worth the $$. DO NOT MUCH FOOD - very small frig (beers and water for the most part)"

  • Beautiful building and great renters

"The nicest couple, arrived to find a beautiful building and a spotless condo. New furniture, comfy new mattress all new kitchen. There was coffee, water, cookies and candy left for us, which we thought was very thoughtful. The patios are very large and secure. Loved the large televisions and the premium channels. We were able to walk to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The grand prix was right behind the building and we enjoyed watching it with about 15 other tenants. The building was secured for only tenants and guests, so we had a great time. And I drove my Lamborghini and my girlfriend drove her car so the owners had made sure that I was given an extra secure large parking space. The level the owner's went to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time really was above and beyond...."
