"Right from the start, Gina was super quick to get back to us and answer our questions. It is exactly as the pictures show - even better! We were travelling with our 1 year old, and were looking for a safe, clean place that would suit our needs. It was perfect. The shower was better than most hotels! The patio and porch were terrific to relax on after our baby went to bed. It was centrally located - we walked to Hollywood Blvd, and a short drive to Runyon Canyon, WB studios, and amazing restaurants. I really needed to flex my muscles to open and close the gate to the driveway for our car, but we were so glad we had it! We would definitely recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat."

"I enjoyed the convenience of having no keys to enter the home, especially as a family of 4 with different agendas. This also allowed for a seamless self check-in. The location was perfect to go to Venice Beach or even downtown L.A. Complimentary parking was a bonus as well in a small town like Venice Beach. The house itself is clean and had everything our family could have needed during our stay - my favourite was the addition of beach towels which was one less thing to pack.
Venice beach, paddle tennis, sightseeing, shopping, Santa Monica Pier.
When I had difficulty understanding the check-in process as a new client I found Guillermo Mouet helpful. He provided the check-in information ahead of time so that I was well prepared as I was travelling the day before my intended check-in date and could not guarantee internet access to obtain codes for entry.
Additionally, I believe I spoke to a gentleman on the phone by the name of Dave (David?) who took the time to help me reboot access onto the Globe Homes and Condos app which had useful information I wanted. The program was glitching and did not recognize my username and password.
Overall I had a great experience and although I had to check-out early due to a family emergency back home, I enjoyed my time at the property and dealing with the company. I will considering returning for future vacations."

"The Good: Nice location, great for lrg. family. The patio deck on owners unit was awesom. Plenty of parking.
Tomas was very helpful and answered all my questions.
The Bad: Little outdated and worn, No A/C, and the portable Fans in each room were old and noisy. BUT IT IS A RENTAL, and not the Ritz. It did take a few phone calls to get my deposit back, little over two weeks. I hope in the future thomas is more speedy on the deposit refund. Over all, our family had a good time in this rental."

"We are a family of Five from the UK and we adored the Commonhouse and would recommend it to to like sized families without hesitation.
There was some slight misfortune on the day we arrived, the detail of which is not really important, what is important is the brilliant and efficient way that Karen and the team took care of everything. service like that really does give you a confidence boost as to how the rest of the rental will go and for us it was excellent.
The house has everything you need in a home away from home, the best bit being the washer and dryer on the deck outside - this was the first vacation for us when all the clothes in our luggage went home clean !!
The location just off Lincoln Blvd is perfect for access to all the major LA highways and the world class Venice and Santa Monica beaches are just minutes away.
The fabulous -but very expensive- Wholefoods market is at the end of the street but the much more sensibly priced Ralph's is just a few minutes drive further along Lincoln.
We will not hesitate to rent the Commonhouse again when we return to California."
