"Great guest house when visiting the area. Had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated very tastefully. Would definitely stay here again when in the area."

  • Fantastic 360 views, pool and location! Owners great to work with. Wish I lived there!

"My first impressions were “wow, this is so much nicer than it looked in the pictures. The view is INCREDIBLE!” The neighborhood (Studio City) is extremely nice. You drive up some winding roads and if you are really out of shape, I wouldn’t forget something in your car because there are quite a few steps. That’s OK anyways because once you get into the house and are by the pool, you won’t want to leave. It is so cool and relaxing with so little noise I even got scared when the palm trees would rattle and a lemon fell from the tree. The lounge chairs are comfy enough to sleep on. The morning sunrise is breathtaking. The inside décor is French contemporary which is extremely comfortable yet chic. With such a huge open kitchen/living area, I never felt crowded even with 6 people there. Every day is so bright & sunny but when needed, you can block it out from the bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom is big. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are a decent size with a small connecting Jack n’ Jill bathroom but there is a 3rd bathroom in the hall so everyone can have their own space. After staying longer than planned, we used the laundry which was super convenient. Camilla even put up a pack n’ play crib and a baby gate which blocked/divided the pool and lounge area for our little one. We had a problem with the plumbing but it was corrected quickly. We also had a heat wave during almost our entire stay so the A/C couldn’t keep up with the 100 degree days. It was around 80 degrees in the house during the peak of the afternoon sun. Camilla was always 1 phone call away and very helpful if we needed anything. Because we arrived so late into the night from the East Coast, it was convenient to use the gate code/lock box and just get right into the house. I did wish there was some bottled water in the refrigerator since we didn’t get to stop on the way in. Don’t forget if you’re coming from outside of California, you will need to pay for your own grocery bags (even at 7-11). I suggest putting some in your luggage or during your first day there, buy some that you can re-use and keep them in your car. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely like to stay here again."

  • Spring Break Special!!!

"Definitely recommend and would rent again when visiting Catalina. The manager Susan was very accommodating and helpful with request on reservations, pricing was perfect and very affordable for a 4days/3nights stay. I booked the house for my daughter and her girlfriends to celebrate both her birthday and enjoy their spring break mini getaway. It turned out to be just about perfect for them and Susan was so helpful and even gave the girls a spring break special an extra night stay at no additional charge. Location was very easy for them to find and was walking distance from everything they wanted to do. The house was clean, cozy and just the right size with the comforts of home. Thank you so much for accommodating them I know it’s hard to really know if you should rent to unsupervised teens…they really enjoyed their stay on the island. Honestly, I would have given a five star rating but they mentioned that there was no toilet paper and had to go out and purchase a package for their stay, they also thought the lighting throughout the house was too dim and felt spooked at night (maybe the light bulbs should be changed to slightly higher wattage) other than that they said it was AMAZING!!!"
