  • Comfortable and Convenient

"We rented this small bungalow to visit our son, daughter-in-law and new granddaughter. It was a pleasant walk to their house, plus a short walk to the beach. We went for a walk every morning along the beach, and enjoyed it very much. This house has everything you need for a stay of a few days or longer. It's within walking distance of restaurants and other shops. We didn't even need a car. The back yard was wonderful and we ate breakfast out there every day. We loved the doughnut/sandwich shop just across the side street. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits."

  • Beautiful, clean condo. Best condos on Ocean Blvd.

"Kristy, Peggy and Jim are fabulous people to rent from. Everything is just perfect! Very clean, amazing views. Salt water pool facing the ocean. This place has everything you could think of. Great security blding. Stayed two months looked at all the condos on Ocean Blvd and Kristy's unit is not one to pass up. Best Condos in Long Beach, FIVE STARS!"

  • Comfortable and affordable stay

"This was our second time renting here, and the stay this time brought back familiar feelings. Last year my family thoroughly enjoyed their stay, this year was equally fulfilling. So much better and convenient then getting a hotel, it is truly our home away from home. Anju is accommodating and easy going to work with. We will plan to rent again next year."

  • Great location, plenty of space.

"I stayed in this house for a week with four adults and four teenagers, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The listing says three bedrooms, but there is actually a fourth bedroom connected to the master that would be great if you have small kids and want to keep them close by at night. The master bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, you'll want to choose a bedroom on the first floor, but the second master on the main floor is a nice room too. We didn't use the pool because it was not warm enough weather for swimming, but it is a nice quiet, private backyard that is well maintained by a gardener and pool man every week. The photos are very accurate. The neighborhood is in a fabulous location for walking to shopping and tourist attractions. The teens loved being able to walk to In n Out Burger every day, and to the shopping on Hollywood Blvd, without needing a ride from parents. The house is on a quiet residential street, and it was so convenient to have off street parking. We walked many places during the day, but I was glad to have the car at night, as Sunset Blvd. seems to attract some pretty aggressive panhandlers after dark. The owner is very nice and was quick to respond when we had a small issue in the house that needed attention. We were so happy with the stay that my husband decided to rent the other part of the house (a two-bedroom unit) for the remainder of his time in LA after we left. I would definitely rent here again if we return to Los Angeles."
