"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was clean and modern. Appears to me that no stone was left unturned as to the amenities and fixtures in the cottage. QUIET. We felt like we were the only people on the planet until we got into town. This is our ninth vacation cabin rental in the western U.S. and was by far the cutest rental property that we have stayed at. I would recommend it to any couple that seeks privacy and yet still be within a short drive of magnificent views, great dining and very friendly people. We hadn't been to the Redwood Coast in 40 plus years and truly enjoyed our time there. Again, thanks to RCVR for providing everything we needed to make our week there feel like we were home. I will definitely book again with RCVR when we return to that area. Manager responded on 9/27/2014: Thanks, Michael! We love it when we get great responses to our rentals like yours. It really makes us feel good to know that we are doing a nice job making sure our guests are comfortable in their vacation rental homes. Redwood Coast Vacation Rentals welcomes you back to Serene Redwood Retreat anytime! Thank you!"Guest: Michael Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 12, 2014View listing
"Thank you so much for a relaxing stay in your home. We will be back. For fellow travelers: The location is great. Some of the Sea Ranch properties are more out in the open. Fellow residents can see you sitting on your porch or even, in your home. Not this house, nestled behind some trees at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is very private and quiet. There is no road noise from nearby Route 1, either. Both floor level bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms - ideal for two couples. The latter loft is for the young or the young at heart. If you have more than two couples, one of the on-suite bathrooms can be made accessible to all. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. Plenty of spices and pots and pans. The view is wonderful. Not a white water view but it is never interrupted by people walking in front of your house. You can sit for hours just enjoying the whitecaps on the ocean or grab some binoculars (provided) and see if you can catch a whale swimming by. It is a short walk to the bluffs and a little longer one to "Walk-on Beach". Enjoy!"Guest: Bob and Lisa and Karen and Roger Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 1, 2014View listing

"The girls needed a coast break and this was the perfect spot to watch the waves, sunsets and sunrises. All but one room has a wonderful ocean view and it is minutes from town should you need a break or walk on the beach. Several will be booking family weeks they loved it so much."Guest: beachbum Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 14, 2014View listing
