"We could not have found a more perfect place for a month-long interlude after selling our home in Santa Fe. With ocean views from every window, comfortable furniture for curling up to read, satellite radio, and a large deck for evening Happy Hour, "Sea Ranch Delight" lives up to its name. Denis was an attentive owner; he even delivered a new television for the loft when the old one acted up. Our black Lab loved lazing on the grass and smelling the sea air. When we were golfing, she was happy in the gated area in front of the house. The home's two bathrooms are side by side on one end of the house. People in the guest room need to walk through the living room to reach their bathroom."

"My family and I really enjoyed this stylish home. Lovely eclectic and cosmopolitan interior, kind of Arts & Crafts meets industrial with lots of artifacts and objects d'arts. This is not your run-of-the-mill rental and that’s exactly what attracted us. The home is situated about 400 feet from the Pacific at the very north end of Sea Ranch, short walking distance from the Gualala Point Regional Park (beach). There are neighboring homes but we did not find that bothersome at all and you have an unobstructed Pacific view from the living/kitchen and master bedroom. Deer graze in the meadow and a cute fox visits the home at dusk, expecting a little bite. The owner is very responsive but we did not need to contact him during our stay because everything was very clean and in good order. I'll recommend this home to my friends and look forward to coming back!"

"Our family of 3 humans plus large mutt took full advantage of Keith's house and environs. Every morning after coffee, we explored nearby trails and looked for the sheep herd while our teen slept. The days consisted of longer hikes, seal pup gazing, wildflower photos, swimming at an outdoor heated pool, reading on the deck, golf, yoga class, napping, and grazing on food in the well appointed kitchen. After dinner, we'd catch the sunset on a post-meal stroll along the Bluff Trail, watch movies (amazing house collection), read, and hop in the hot tub to star gaze. We'd never stayed so far south at Sea Ranch and loved exploring new neighborhoods and trails. Would love to rent from Keith again."

Stayed here and loved it. Beautiful (almost perfect) view of iconic white barn, meadow, forested hills and whitewater ocean. I really don't think view can be beat. The home is well furnished and cared for with everything you need. Kitchen is great and well equipped. Nice fireplace. Comfortable living and bedroom. And great hot tub. (FYI - Hot tub cycles quietly from 8-10am so don't worry about trying to turn off if you use in morning as it's normal to let it go) Doug is great guy and really cares about you enjoying the place. Goes the extra mile. Not cheap, but noplace in sea ranch is and comparatively I thought was reasonably priced for what you get. These are cluster homes so neighboring properties are closer together than some other properties on sea ranch, but our experience was that all of the neighbors were pretty quiet and respectful. The design maximizes privacy with only one neighboring window really even visible. There are some small dogs that can bark next door however the owners seemed to take care to stop them fairly quickly so it was never an issue. All around great place. Not really for small kids, perfect for a couple trying to get away for relaxing quiet time in TSR with spectacular views."
