"We stayed here for two nights. The house had a very good location within Sea Ranch, and we saw wildlife (deer) the first 20 minutes after we arrived. We were close to private trails, and the oceanside trails were a 5-min walk. We were also close to the local market in Gualala. Our only complaint was the outdated TV, and the Internet/Wifi was very poor and would shut down for hours on end. Also, the linen fees for bed linens and towels was annoying. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this is the first time we ever were asked to pay a fee to get a towel. We ended up bringing all our own linens as a result. Otherwise, we had a great time in this house and would recommend it to others."

"This is a wonderful family home. The living area downstairs is open so it is a nice place to entertain a medium size group or just hang out and relax. There are two window seats. One is upstairs and the other down in the living area. Both of them get the afternoon sun and are very cozy for curling up with a great book. The views are spectacular!!"

"The magic of this oceanfront home is captured in a slight turn of the house on the property. Great views abound from the master suite, the living room, dining room or kitchen. Take your choice of whitewater vistas with Black Point Beach straight ahead, or turn your eyes to right and scan the ocean for whales. From morning coffee to evening cocktails it is difficult to leave the patio, but the bluff trail on the edge of the property leads to the beach or lodge, or go to the right for the seal sanctuary. A big friendly yard and wildlife visitors add to the delight."

"My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The house is very quiet! We rented a house on the coast last summer but this time we tried the hills. Moonraker is on a small road that has occasional traffic, but the house felt very secluded. The kitchen had everything we needed and we love the hot tub! We didn't drive our car the whole time we were there. The walk to the coast (1 mi.) is steep when you are on Moonraker road but overall it was very doable. I also hiked on the trails that crisscross the hills. The entrance to the trails is just down the street."
