"We stayed at the guest house (two couples and a baby) over the Fourth of July weekend and had a great time. The house is set in a beautiful spot with a perfect patio for morning coffee and happy hour with some of the delicious Terra Savia wines. Nothing beats drinking a glass of wine while overlooking the vineyards where those exact grapes are growing! The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use. The guys had a great time fishing at the pond and caught several bass (bring bug spray). The home is very well taken care of and dutifully guarded by two fun cats - Lulu and Lala. The kitchen is well-equipped with basics, but would suggest that you bring any "must have" specific items for recipes. Overall a wonderful experience, and we'll be back!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We stayed at this cozy house for one week in October 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect, we walked the 3 minute walk to the market, restaurant and even to the art gallery. Then in the mornings we took our coffee/tea and walked to the overlook of the bay and enjoyed the beautiful views in our pj's!! :) The house was almost like being at home. We cooked many dinners during our stay and found the large kitchen well equipped. After we left, I realized I had forgotten my library book there. I was sooo pleased that Dori went to the house and found it, then mailed it back to me so promptly!! What great customer service!! Thank you!! We look forward to our next visit. :)"

"This is a wonderful place to stay. The cabin was well appointed and fully equipped and in a great location on the Smith River. The Jedediah Smith portion of Redwoods NP is about fifteen minutes away. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and took care of everything. There are two options to get to the cabin. One is to drive a dirt road which I would not recommend for cars with a very low clearance but we made it without a problem in our sedan. The other option is the suspension bridge. This is the preferred option I think. Every thing was neat as a pin. We used the grill which was great and there is a nice hot tub on the deck. It was very comfy and we will return for sure!"

"The family and I loved the views and plush accommodations. The house layout was surprisingly larger than expected and was fully furnished which helped with the stay. House is within walking distance to beach trails proximity to Trinidad to walk around town. Great views and location."
