"I wanted to come back and write a review because my family is still thinking of our best vacation ever. I was even surprised that my 11 and 10 years old kids said the same. Yes, you get the woods, and you get the ocean, and you get the best weather 70's all throughout summer. There is plenty to do, visit beaches, Russian Fort, orchards, and just taking HWY 1 further. Endless fabulous hiking trails are all unique and could be long, so get ready. Thank you owners for the well equipped house with a million dollar view! My husband and I am dreaming to retire there:)"

"This property is accurate as advertised if not better. Enjoyed a wonderful 2-night stay in Oct. Nicely appointed. Has everything you need to stay-in and enjoy a quiet relaxing vacation. Just a very short drive from Salt Point State Park where we enjoyed a leisurely hike along the coast. The ocean never ceases to amaze. Russell, the owner, is very responsive and easy-going. Very glad we rented this fabulous little home in the woods."

"This was the perfect place for a family friendly vacation. The two separate living spaces provided the privacy we needed traveling with a one year old. We could wake up early with him (5:30 ish o.O) make coffee and let him prance about without disturbing the others. The hot tub, sauna and view of the ocean from the deck were amazing. We will definitely keep this place in mind for the future. It would be a nice, romantic place to stay during the colder months as well with a nice fire and a dip in the tub or sauna."

"My wife, our dog and I spent the weekend here and enjoyed being able to get away from the city and just decompress. There is a nice walking trail that winds through the forest about 1/2 mile away that was very nice to walk along and let our dog stretch his legs and get tired out so that we could enjoy the hot tub. It is so quiet and peaceful in the trees that you don't realize how loud the city is until you get back and are over whelmed by it."
