  • Ocean star house

"Great house for families. Close to the trails and great location for whale watching etc. Our kids loved the bunk bed! Owner takes (Well behaved) dogs which was a must for us. We really enjoyed our stay."

  • Beautiful House

"I stayed with a group of 6 people for the Valentines day weekend. The house was amazing and had plenty of room for all of us to have room to our selfs. The hot tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect for the evenings. The house was very clean."

  • Great Place to Unwind

"What a wonderful, quiet place to relax and unwind! We arrived during an impending storm but that didn't spoil our trip in the least, rather it was so refreshing to experience rain! and to see greenery! and see water flowing in the river! (suffering severe drought in SoCal) The house is comfortable and cozy, has a landline, WiFi and cable TV. The house is supplies with everything we needed for our stay. The road and the surrounding roads were perfect for walking our dogs. There is a deep freezer if you were to catch a boat load of fish and a cleaning sink on the deck. The deck is large and gated so our dogs could go out and bark at the wildlife. The setting is beautiful and we will rent this place again. Thank you, Jerry!"

  • perfect weekend getaway

"Our family of 4 decided to go on a last minute trip to Mendocino for Easter. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Casa Canon. The place is immaculately clean, nicely designed, cozy and comfortable. There is an adjacent unit, but we didn't see or hear anyone there all weekend, so we fully enjoyed the silence. The view is breathtaking. Getting to play on the private beach - one of the most gorgeous ones on the CA coast - was an added bonus. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon."
