  • Beautiful space, friendly town

"We had a great time staying in this beautifully remodeled home. The apartment was comfortable, well-stocked, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed being able to walk to the main street, where we enjoyed restaurants (Uneda Eat and the gluten-free restaurant behind the Whale Bar), the 215 bar (which had live jazz on Saturday night), the movie theater, the coop, the bakery, and more. The people were friendly and we felt right at home."

  • Sand Dune Serenity

"We are very familiar with the Fort Bragg and Mendicino area as we have been vacationing there since 1978. This property is by far the best equipped and appointed that we have stayed at. Practically everything was brand new. Totally private at the end of a private lane, 1/2 mile walk thru the dunes to the beach. Completely quite, slept with the windows open every night. Lots of deer wandering around eating the apples on the property. Exactly 7 miles north from the Train Station, downtown Fort Bragg. Only 2 miles drive north to Ten Mile where you can park on the road right at the beach. Our 2 dogs thought this was their vacation! Will stay again next year. It's always great to walk into a property and go WOW! This is way, way better than the pictures show. If you like solitude among the big trees, yet want to be within easy driving distance to town, this is the ticket."

  • Very enjoyable weekend get away

"Our family enjoyed our stay at your wonderful Clearlake Home. The accomodations were very welcoming, the view was great and the proximity to family at nearby Honeymoon Cove was especially nice. Thanks so much for the accomodations we look forward to visiting again sometime soon. Thank you"

  • GMAN

"Great place to have a family reunion. Tough for the elderly to get to the dock but a great view from the main deck. Good dock was in good condition and had room for our boat an kayak. Comfortable for sleeping 10 in the main house. Seemed to have enough hot water for showering all of us. Not much room for turning cars around and DO NOT tow your boat to the house. Had unhook it and turn by hand with help from a couple who happen to drive down the driveway. First cast from the dock resulted in a 4 lb bass."
