  • Breathtaking mornings!

"This is by far one of the most memorable vacations my family and I took! To start off the Owner is so so nice, he makes you feel right at home from the beginning. Next you imagine the views to be what you see online and let's just say there's no way the camara can really show the beauty this condo has to offer with it's location! You are as high as you can be to capture the beauty of the ocean and the sunset views alone are worth the stay itself.... The pool was awesome very clean, well kept BBQ and I cannot stress enough the view every time you look out from the kitchen, living room, pool and did I mention the sunsets!! The condo itself was also very clean and oh yes there is a beautiful view from the master bedroom as well! If I had to say one bad thing about this place it would be that we didn't book for a long enough stay and that was our fault. You need more than a weeks stay to enjoy beautiful Dana!!"

  • Awesome Time in Socal

"We had a wonderful time during our spring break. I list the title as socal because we took in all Southern California has to offer and not just Disneyland. We have 4 kids ages 11,9,6,4. They loved everything about the house including the playhouse and pool. It was refreshing to be able to leave Disney and come home to the pool and cook a meal. The questions I had before coming were how close are we and how safe was it. It is certainly walking distance in a roundabout way but we did take our car each day. You can see in detail using google maps. It took about 10 minutes from leaving the house to a parking place about 30 minutes before rope drop and then a short walk to Disneyland. We felt safe the entire time. LaDonna was very helpful and responsive during the planning stage. We have been to disneyworld twice and this was just as fun. We did not feel at a disadvantage by not staying onsite. We went to the beach on two days and to the San diego zoo safari park about an hour away. Would certainly highly recommend."

  • Best beach and location

"We just rented this place for the 4th of July week and it was perfect. Its a small little beach house, but has everything you need. We were there with our 2 young daughters and then my parents joined us for 1 night as well. There was plenty of room for all us, but we were rarely there. The beach is steps away and the trolley stop to downtown is a few blocks away. We didn't need a car for anything. On the 4th of July we were able to BBQ on the patio and then walk to the beach for fireworks. The neighborhood was quiet, even on this eventful night. The house is well stocked with towels, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We really loved this location and will be back."

  • Ruth B

"We rented this gorgeous home to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary with our three children and their families. It was so perfect! We had the celebration dinner catered and the dining room was elegant! Our grandchildren range from one year to age eighteen so it was great to have boogie boards, bikes, etc for them to use. The kitchen table is a great spot for playing family games. We loved that the beach and pier were an easy walk from the house. The home is exquisitely decorated and maintained. We were fortunate to meet both Stephanie and Stephen. Both of them are so willing to answer questions and help in any way possible. This was our first time to rent a home and our experience was above expectations. We would recommend this home for a fun, beautiful vacation. The sunsets are out of this world!"
