"My wife and I completely enjoyed our three week vacation here. We walked downtown every day for Breakfast at the Sugar Shack or Ruby's. Sometimes we walked back for an early dinner during Happy Hour at Duke's or other downtown restaurants. We used the home as a base for our many Huntington Beach friends to visit. Cooking was quite convenient and the home has plenty of room. Lissa responded immediately to our questions."

"The condo was in one of the nicest units in an already nice community. The condo was spotless and inviting. It had a very large patio deck and great parking garage. It was very close to main st while being away from the noise. The owners were some of the most accommodating people I have ever dealt with. I will be returning!!"

We enjoyed a family reunion here and had a great time. We'd go here again.
"All of the amenities were there, on site, and ready to use with the exception of the bicycles and when we asked for those they were delivered. The host owners were gracious and accommodating and we had a GREAT time. One of the things we didn't think we'd use a lot was the fire pit out front, but it was a major hit for this multi-generational stay-over. Since I can be influenced by my own expectancies let me just simply say the photos were dated and so I needed to level-set my expectancy on arrival to allow for the unrelenting sea and wind and their effects. That said, remember we had a great time and all the things we expected to help with having a great time were present and accounted for. Minor note: I was not able to find a remote for the sound system or the DVD player, and you can't use remotes through a closet door anyway, so we controlled the equipment the old fashioned way by getting up and going to it; and we needed the exercise anyway. I would go here again myself, so I'd have no problem recommending it. We needed a place that would accommodate 10-12 (2 of them small children). It was handy to restaurants and markets, even a donut shop. Most all within a mile or less. The multi-level views were great, the sub-zero held all we needed it to. We opened windows on the ocean and inland side and this place cross-ventilated very perfectly. Caveat: the pool can be reached by a wandering small child, so parents and family, it's up to you to not get so busy with your fun as to lose track of the little ones. First impressions are the pool is private, but note the high windows overlooking in two directions. The pool's center location gave it an excellent wind-break and the attached Jacuzzi was enjoyed by all. Thanks to our hosts, we had a marvelous get together and a good time was had by all."

"This is a great place to stay if you want to be near the 'action' but not in the action. The cottage is about 1 mile from the Huntington Beach pier and was an easy walk. Shopping and restaurants are a close drive away. The cottage was perfect for 2 of us but would also accommodate a family with several children. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and quiet. There are bikes, beach chairs & umbrella in the garage to use during your stay. Would highly recommend and will consider returning on our next visit to CA."
