Fantastic location and Cozy cottage feel
"For the most part, this Beach house was Fabulous. The owners should really take new pictures because it's so much better then what is portrayed! The bedrooms downstairs are comfortable, with a nice bathroom to share and tv's in each. The Master is amazing - spacious, bright, access to the roof top deck and a master bathroom that is very large as well. The TV's are all large and new; the living area is so comfortable and bright and the dining area is great for large families. The carpet is clean and the furniture was as well. The garage was fully stocked with everything you need for the beach and more, like bikes, scooters, long boards and even a surf board and we-suit. A few things that threw us off - the person that greeted us stated clearly that even though "you" were on vacation "the rest of us aren't and have to work so no outside conversation after dark" (we aren't party people so we weren't bothered by the concept). She also said "You're hand washing dishes for the week because the dishwasher is broken". The wonderful jetted tub in the master felt great for about 15 minutes, until my husband ran up to tell me that it was leaking through the cabinets in the kitchen downstairs, which ruined all of our food (big leak). The place had so many positive things though that we didn't let these things bring us down. The location is perfect, you can see the ocean from the top deck but walking to it takes less then five minutes - it was faster to walk home then to the Balboa Boardwalk, once we were on the beach. The other side has the harbor, great restaurants and a few shops. We went para-sailing and Whale Watching, both departure locations were a five minute walk. You really don't need to drive anywhere except for the grocery store. All in all - a Wonderful Beach house!"

"I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing time we had for spring break. Two families with 10 teenagers and we had a blast. This property is just incredible and the owner is on top of everything. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and plenty big enough for 14. We even had friends come out just for the day and they couldn't believe the place. We cannot wait to rent this house again."

Perfect in everyway! Amazing home! Amazing location!
"We recently rented this home for our family vacation to Newport Beach. The home was beautiful, clean, large and in the perfect location. We walked to the beach, walked up and down Balboa, the boardwalk, and watched the sunset each night from the third floor balcony. The home is perfectly layed out, with tons of room and bathrooms to accomidate our large family. The kitchen is large and perfect for family meals and entertaining. Each person in our family said it was the best vacation ever and much better than staying in a hotel. We will definately be renting again and again!"
