A beautiful view, a beautiful home
"Wow! My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week and it was beyond wonderful. Sally was a wonderful hostess and her family was so sweet and welcoming. The view is magnificent. I sat on the porch as much as possible, just breathing in that sweet sea air, listening to the waves crashing, and just taking in the beauty. We travelled to theme parks all over Orange County which was tons of fun, but honestly I wish we had had more days to just relax at this lovely home. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you Sally! Happy Birthday!!!"

"This is the perfect location for those that are looking for a reasonable place close to all the action. The location is just about halfway between the Balboa and Newport piers which can be reached in a couple of minutes on bikes, or about a 10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife spots at both piers. The beach is about 150 yards away so you don't have to worry if you forget something if you go out to the water because you can easily go back and get it. The condo came with one parking spot but the side street is free parking too. You may not be able to get a spot on the free street when you first arrive but by evening or the next morning something should open up. Both bedrooms and the living room and nice TV's and the house was equipped with WiFi for those that don't want to completely escape their lives. There were also several other amenities that we didn't need to take advantage of because we brought our own, towels, chairs, games etc. Even though you could sleep 6 at this location because both of the front couches fold down I wouldn't recommend it because there is just one bathroom. I highly recommend this location for groups of 4 or less and will definitely seek it out next time we are heading that way."

"This was the perfect house for our Newport Beach adventure. The boys stayed in the big room at the back of the house. We have 4 boys and they loved the sun porch attached to their room. Our daughters stayed in the room with the bunk bed. We had more than enough room for our large family. The beach was close and the main attraction. It was beautiful. I got to swim with dolphins! We have a large van and it fit in the garage. We wish we could have stayed longer. Rent it it's worth it!"

"Our stay at this water front home was perfect for my husband and I. We loved being on the canal and close to the bridge to walk over to all the restaurants and shops. We spent most of our afternoons sitting on the very large patio with a glass of wine watching the sun going down. We really enjoyed using the kayaks right off the dock. We used the bikes and took the ferry over to the ocean board walk and biked for miles. This beach home is equipped with everything you would need for a vacation, including a washer and dryer and garage. I loved the decor showing what Balboa Island was like in the 20's. We have been coming to Balboa Island for many years, as we used to live in the Newport Beach area. Renting on Balboa Island is one of our favorite vacations, and this was the best home we have rented on the Island!"
