Welch Family Vacation
"This house was the perfect place to celebrate a destination wedding! It was large enough that our family had a place to stay and we didn't feel crowded at all! The neighborhood is perfect for walking. We felt very safe allowing the kids to walk around too! Being within walking distance of the beach made it even more perfect! And we loved the sound system that we could listen to music indoor and out! And the swings! We loved the swings! Thank you so much for making yiur beautiful home available to us!"

"We were lucky enough to spend a month in this paradise. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded. The beachfront location not only provides the soothing backdrop of rolling waves but also allows for regular sightings of dolphins, seals and gray whales right from the deck. The views from this home are breathtaking at all times of the day. The beach trail which is right in front of the house is great for running, cycling and walking. San Clemente is ideally situated for exploring all around Southern California.
The home itself has everything - a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, a gorgeous fireplace, motorized awnings, a spotless hot tub, luxurious beach towels - and a smart floor plan that provides space and privacy.
Beth is thorough, professional and responsive.
Our experience really was perfect in every way."

"Talk about living the lifestyle of the rich and famous!! This is the most outrageous home, sitting on top of the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Glass windows and doors all around the home so you are not missing the fabulous view. There is a pool with a water slide and Jacuzzi, which once again looks out over the ocean. This the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing after a great day of surfing or just playing at the beach. However I didn’t get near enough surfing done as I didn’t want to leave the home. That is the only drawback to staying in such a fabulous place; I never wanted to leave. As a matter of fact I extended my stay until the last possible moment.
Your host, Bradley is the most gracious gentleman. He is right there to be of assistance to your every need without being obtrusive. I had a couple of questions and he was back in touch within minutes with an answer.
There is no rating high enough for this home and owner… I can’t wait to come back."

"This house was much more than I was expecting. It was just amazing. It is very close to the beach, you can see the water and hear the waves from the balcony off the living room while u sit and eat or visit. It is very very roomy and spread out. There's a patio off the master bedroom that leads to the cutest back yard that has plenty of seating and even a cute little putting green. There are 2 bathrooms with showers/bathtubs with a separate vanity/sink area for each and a large half bath upstairs. The bedrooms are very roomy and decorated very beachy. I'm an only child so I like to be able to get away from people sometimes and this place has the perfect amount of separation that I didn't feel cramped by all the people we had with us. But also there are plenty of places to go when I did. There was literally E. V. E. R. Y. T. H. I. N. G. one would need in a house. Towels, beach towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, games, TV with cable in every room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything from beautiful dishes, to spices and foil and baggies. There was plenty of silverware for an army pots, pans, cups bowls EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN A KITHEN IS THERE. There's a huge bbq with all the utensils. There is a garage full of everything you need for a day at the beach, bikes, boogie boards, surf board, chairs, fins, even a wagon to put it all in. The owners are down to earth and very friendly and helpful as to what's around town to do. I can't wait to go back. I will be telling everybody I know who is looking for a beach house to go to this one."
