  • Best Laguna home- walk to everything!

"A dream come true! The kitchen is expansive with an opening to a courtyard, equipped with a great BBQ grill and ping pong table. Home is perfect for entertaining and enjoying family meals together, whether you choose to eat indoors or out. The sound of the ocean in the two upstairs bedrooms is a heavenly way to sleep. The front lanai is perfect for breakfast and happy hour cocktails. I just wish I could live here! You can walk to coffees, shopping and the ocean. We look forward to next time. Owner, Gay, is the most responsive, dependable and fun person to work with."

"We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation rental. We stayed for a month, but could have easily stayed longer. We have been to Laguna Beach and Dana Point and have stayed at other places, but this one hands down was the best. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well appointed, reasonably priced, close to all amenities and the beach, the residents were friendly, the pool and spa were perfect for the kids on the days we didn't hang out at the beach and it was in a gated community to boot! The property manager was easy and prompt to deal with from the original booking to check out time. We highly recommend this VRBO and would love to come back again."

  • A great place to stay!!!! Very friendly..

"This condo was perfect for the 3 of us. One bedroom & a great comfortable pullout couch. Very clean & great people to work with. Make sure you have a parking spot when you make the reservation. To find parking around is impossible. They did work with us on this problem & took care of it for us. Would love to go back & absolutely will stay here again. Wonderful to military families."

  • Great host, location, and unit!

"My group thoroughly enjoyed our time at 120 Cress. It is an incredibly location and unit for the price. Book in September for an even better deal with a lower minimum stay. The weather is still beautiful. I'll try to break down our process in a couple pieces. The process: Once you communicate with Simi (the owner), and he agrees, you can book the location. You'll have to give him your address, as well as the names/ages of guests. I assume this is for liability purposes as the property must be extremely valuable. Denise (the manager), will meet you at the property, check you in, and explain the details of the property. When you check out, you just leave on your own putting the key in a designated spot. Simi and especially Denise make the process painless with their quick communication, clear instructions, and flexibility. Denise provided her cell phone number in order to co-ordinate check in, she was flexible with times as well as prompt with communication. She answered texts even after we checked in very quickly. (A question about the garage door was answered in 2 minutes.) The location: It's as close to the beach as you're gonna get! Literally right outside the door are steps down to the beach. Do not underestimate how convenient this is. This meant we never had to take anything to the beach, not even sandals! Just take what you need and come back if your needs change. Also, the beach it leads to is less busy than the other beaches since there is a rock formation that isolates it from the beaches to the north. With the good comes a bit of bad. Since the property is right next to a road which has steps to the beach, there is quite a bit of traffic next to the property. During the day you have folks going to/from the beach, delivery trucks servicing the restaurant, as well as frequent smokers just hanging out. At night, there were quite a few drunks who were on their way to/from the beach and felt the need to try and strike up conversations or ask for food. The unit: The unit is fantastic. It's clean, modern, and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is an outdoor shower which we used far more than expected (you'll need it to wash off the sand). TV and internet worked without any issues (once we switched an HDMI cable). The parking spot is in a garage at the very end of an alley. We parked a minivan in there with no problem, but it was tight. There was constantly someone parked behind us in the alley."

Of course, no one comes to Orange County without heading to Anaheim area to visit the Magic Kingdom, Disneyland, the iconic original home to the world-famous mouse and friends. Long before Captain Jack Sparrow, local residents and visitors knew the dangers that lurked for unsuspecting riders on the Pirates of the Caribbean!

Visitors here will find America’s biggest shopping center at South Coast Plaza, with attracts over 24 million visitors each year. Only slightly smaller is Brea Mall. You could also take advantage of the weather at Fashion island, an outdoor shopping experience with over 200 stores, featuring a Venetian carousel. To mix entertainment and shopping, a great day out is the Block at Orange, with shops and plenty of entertainment, including themed restaurants and a skate park. Then, there is the Village at Orange; it is huge too! If you still need more shopping, the Irvine Spectrum Center has that and more.
