"This property fit our needs perfectly. Location, location, location. From this condo we walked to the harbor on a daily basis. (The Science Center at the far end of the harbor is a must.) Each evening we watched the sun set over the harbor from two of many overlooks, both within a block from the condo. The opportunity to surf, run or walk along Strands and Salt Creek beaches is more than handy . Many morning runs took us through the sandy path of the protected area to Strands and then on to Salt Creek beaches. Restaurants in the area are abundant. Take your pick. We were lucky enough to be there during the Dana Point Grand Prix bike race. Great event. Again, we needed no car. If you choose to drive to find adventure, the choices are abundant. Far too many to mention. The "things to do and see" portion of the booklet in the condo gave us many ideas. This is definitely a 5 star choice for a home away from home."

  • Great apartment

"We've stayed 5 nights at the condo. It is very conveniently located only a few minutes away from the 405 and an ideal get away for us since we were visiting family and friends in the area. It is kind of a business condo, not ideal if you would want to spend a vacation there. The Apartment is very dark - no sunlight comes in but besides that, everything was very clean, functional and modern. The bed was comfortable, linen and sheets soft and cosy. What I've missed was the personal touch - not a single picture on the wall."

  • Perfect Beach Cottage on Balboas Island

"Our stay at this water front home was perfect for my husband and I. We loved being on the canal and close to the bridge to walk over to all the restaurants and shops. We spent most of our afternoons sitting on the very large patio with a glass of wine watching the sun going down. We really enjoyed using the kayaks right off the dock. We used the bikes and took the ferry over to the ocean board walk and biked for miles. This beach home is equipped with everything you would need for a vacation, including a washer and dryer and garage. I loved the decor showing what Balboa Island was like in the 20's. We have been coming to Balboa Island for many years, as we used to live in the Newport Beach area. Renting on Balboa Island is one of our favorite vacations, and this was the best home we have rented on the Island!"

Of course, no one comes to Orange County without heading to Anaheim area to visit the Magic Kingdom, Disneyland, the iconic original home to the world-famous mouse and friends. Long before Captain Jack Sparrow, local residents and visitors knew the dangers that lurked for unsuspecting riders on the Pirates of the Caribbean!

Buena Park is home to America’s first theme park and the one that Californians call home, Knott’s Berry Farm. The park has a fascinating history, dating back to the 1920s as a farm and the country’s first "Chicken Dinner" restaurant which is still serving its famous dishes today.

Visitors here will find America’s biggest shopping center at South Coast Plaza, with attracts over 24 million visitors each year. Only slightly smaller is Brea Mall. You could also take advantage of the weather at Fashion island, an outdoor shopping experience with over 200 stores, featuring a Venetian carousel. If you find you are missing Mickey, head to Downtown Disney District where you will find more than just the House of Mouse; you will also find great nightlife. To mix entertainment and shopping, a great day out is the Block at Orange, with shops and plenty of entertainment, including themed restaurants and a skate park. Then, there is the Village at Orange; it is huge too! If you still need more shopping, the Irvine Spectrum Center has that and more. Here you will find a giant Ferris wheel, a carousel and one of the largest movie theaters in the country.
