"I have been to Pacific Beach multiple times, but this house was by far the best location - close to the beach and the bay and everything else. We particularly appreciated the library which is just around the corner. The house itself was wonderful - beautiful pool and spa and lots of places to sit outside in perfect privacy. But we really enjoyed sitting in the comfortable chairs on the front porch and watching the world go by. Everyone passing with their dogs was very friendly. There was lots of room in the house for the large family group that stayed there, and everything was extremely comfortable for everyone. Sue was great - including attending to retrieve items for my two year old grandson - which I had neglected to ask for before we arrived. We go to San Diego every two years for lengthy visits. I hope that this house will be available the next time we go."Guest: Phyl Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 13, 2014View listing
"We rented this condo for two weeks this fall. Due to unusually warm weather, we did get to enjoy the pool, which was located close to condo. We found the condo very clean, comfortable, well stocked with necessities, and perfectly located. The space is nicely decorated and we felt we were staying in a "friends home". We plan to return next year. Highly recommend."Guest: Nancy P. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 1, 2014View listing
"We had the most wonderful weekend at the Palomar Vista Lodge. The weather was perfect, the location was perfect, and your home was absolutely perfect! My family had nothing but praise and awe for all the details you noted in your email, and the careful thought you put into the amenities for the home. We are all very organized people and we especially loved how you labelled the kitchen drawers! The home was so beautiful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved sitting at the fire pit at night and exploring the area by day. We all took turns reading and napping on the hammocks in the backyard. The house is so well-maintained and clean. My family and I would like to make it a tradition to have our family getaway at your lodge at least once a year, if you will have us back! My brother posted pictures on his facebook page of our weekend, and already people are asking us how they can book your place. Thank you again for the most memorable family trip we've had in a while. We cannot say enough about the experience we had, and look forward to returning."Guest: S Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 29, 2014View listing
