high quality property and great location
"My family rented this property for a month during the summer. The home has high quality construction and finishes. It is within walking distance to both the beach and the town. The owner/landlord is easy to work with and accessible. I would definitely rent the property again."

"My wife and I have been vacationing in Coronado for many years. We've stayed in condos and private homes and always on or very near the ocean. When we found this house, we had no need to look further. It's across the street from the beach, EASY walking distance to the city's many, varied and great restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and the famous Del Coronado Hotel. Most of the city is flat which makes bicycling a fun pastime also.
The house has super views of the ocean, Point Loma, and the beach, available from the living room, two bedrooms (plus a sitting room which also has a bed), and especially, the front porch.
We love that it's a historic home (built 1910) with all the character of that era. It's easy to imagine the early years when it was likely only one of just a few homes on the beachfront.
We've stayed here in both summer and winter and the weather is almost always great. When we left the Los Angeles area 28 years ago, we left close friends behind. It's really easy to convince them to drive down and visit when we're here."

"The house is located in a quiet and private area, amazingly close to the beach. The pictures don't do the house justice. It's very pretty and very clean. If I had to find a negative I would say that one of the two upstairs bathrooms could be a little bit bigger. It is ideal for a 3 families. Two living rooms give plenty of privacy.
Coronado is a wonderful pedestrian vacation destination and the house is located near all the attractions. You can walk to Hotel Del (5 min. walk), to Coronado Beach (2 min. walk), to the shops on Orange Avenue (2 min. walk) or even to the Ferry Landing (30 min. leisurely walk, from where you can take the Ferry to San Diego). All in all a great vacation destination."

"This home was even more beautiful and spacious in person than it appeared in the pictures. My husband and I stayed in this rental home with our families to celebrate our last days in San Diego before moving. It was the perfect place to relax. Each bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom and patio. The kitchen table accommodates a large number of people for family dinners, and the room right off the kitchen leading to the backyard is great for hanging out and lounging. You feel like you're outside without even being outside, as the large doors open right up to the backyard. The decor is remarkable, and it truly has an inviting feeling. Everyone loved it and was sad to leave. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. The home is within walking distance to Coronado shopping, dining, activities, etc. This is THE place to stay in Coronado if you have the opportunity."
