  • A memorable stay

"Our stay in La Jolla, California was perfect. My family with 2 young kids stayed in this Townhouse for a week. It is the 3rd week of our 1 month trip out here in California. After visiting SF, Redwoods, Napa, Cambria, Anaheim (Disney & Universal) and San Diego (Zoo, Safari & Seaworld) during our first 2 weeks, this place allows us to take a breather from the many earlier adventures. The neighborhood is quietly tucked away in this affluent San Diego area. The location of the Townhouse is walking distance from restaurants, shops, Supermarkets and the beautiful Windansea Beach. This house is also minutes drive from the many great attractions & beaches in La Jolla. The listing & pictures accurately describe this house. The house is clean, well-maintained and decorated with a nice touch of today's modern space. It is also well supplied with all the necessities for our 1 week stay. Parking is a non issue. Even though the house comes with a parking spot, we only used it once since there are plenty of street parking in front of the house. I want to thank Lisa for being a great host. She checked on us mid-week to make sure everything was okay. She also help us find our kid's iPad mini (which was left behind) and had it shipped back free of charge. I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to La Jolla."

  • Beautiful La Jolla home in great location

"We have nothing but great things to say about Marc's beautiful home. First of all, the view of the ocean was awesome -- you can see it from the front patio, inside the living room and dining area, and from the middle patio. The house itself is very open -- my wife and I stayed in the master bedroom and literally kept the french doors open all night, and could hear the ocean waves. The middle and rear patios are like a little private oasis, well-landscaped with flowering vines. It was great to come back from the beach and use the outdoor heated shower. Great kitchen (fully stocked -- we prepared 3 dinners there) and nice bathrooms. We weren't sure if the house would be roomy enough, because there were 5 of us (my wife and I, my wife's mother, our 11-year old daughter and her best friend), but because of the indoor/outdoor layout, it felt plenty spacious. Great neighborhood, directly across the street from a beautiful beach, and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this home."

Beach Barber Travel Tips

Experience Iconic California Beaches with Beach Barber Vacation Apartments

If there's one thing California is known for, it's the beaches. And if you're going to visit the Golden State to learn how to surf or just relax, then you should invest into some Beach Barber vacation apartments for your family to stay in. Beach Barber vacation homes allow you to have a relaxed extended stay. You will be able to stay as long as the fish are biting and however long it will take you to balance on your surfboard without having to worry about hotels pressuring you to check out.

Lots of Places to Go

California may be a very big state, but if you're at the beaches, you're where the action is. A moderate drive along the I-5 will take you between beautiful La Jolla, a community of beachfront properties where Beach Barber vacation homes are abundant, and San Diego, a venerable gem of California. In San Diego, you can experience the milestone sights there such as the famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. Perfect for the kids. After a long day of looking at all the animals, you've undoubtedly been on your feet more than usual. You'll definitely want a place to sit down and stretch your legs. Luckily, San Diego vacation rentals provide the best kind of comfort for just that. Avoid the cramped accommodations of hotels by renting a space you can definitely call your own.

An Exciting Night Life

But what if you're not bringing the kids along? Enjoy longer nights on the beach with your special someone or take advantage of one of the quality bars and clubs around La Jolla and your Beach Barber vacation apartments. Visit Jacks' La Jolla or the 710 Beach Club for a great time you'll never forget. There's so much to do along the boardwalk at both night and day!
