  • Great location

"The location cannot be beat. It is smaller than we expected due to much of the square footage being taken up in hallways but once you get used to that it is very comfortable. The second bedroom is very small. The owners could not have been more accommodating, responding quickly the any questions. One covered parking space but extra outdoor parking is easily available. Balcony is small and view is of the street. well furnished."

  • perfect location, convenient to everything, very well furnished...a great place to stay!

"We loved our stay at this condo. It's a great location, just a short walk to the Prospect Ave shops and the Pearl Street restaurants (we recommend the Taco Stand, just 2-1/2 blocks away). Parking was a reserved space right out in front. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. We are a family of five: two adults and three kids, ages 9-14. There was space for everyone, the cable TV was good, the wifi was fast, there were beach chairs and beach supplies. Everyone was happy. The neighbors in this small condo compound were very friendly. We came home from a beach day and left our sandy chairs and towels outside while we went inside to change, and a nice neighbor gently tipped us off that the residents don't like to see beach stuff sitting outside in the common area, so we quickly changed that behavior (we kept the beach chairs in the rental car trunk after that, and cleaned them at the end of our visit!). One night I did a load of laundry late at night before going to bed, and the next door neighbor knocked on the door to tell me that we're not supposed to run the dryer on the back terrace after 10 p.m., so I quickly changed that behavior too. No one was uptight, everyone was friendly, and we did our best not to annoy anyone else either. This is a normal condo, very attractive. Whatever maintenance issues we had were normal and minor (for example, the ice dispenser on the freezer didn't dispense...so we opened the door and took the ice by hand. big deal!). The place was clean and looked great, inside and out. We did our best to leave the condo in good condition...so that we can come back and stay here again next year! :-)"

  • Great location for La Jolla

"The cottage was great for our needs in La Jolla. Great location to the beach and walking to restaurants, tennis and such. The only drawback was lack of AC, but with windows open, we were fine. The house was well stocked and we were very comfortable during our week there. We will be back for sure!"

  • Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location

"My husband and I and another couple celebrated a special birthday at this home, so it was fitting that we found this to be a special property. It was exactly as described and we couldn't have been happier with the furnishings, location, amenities, serene courtyard, and overall condition and cleanliness of the house. We loved the fabulous views from every window and the fact that all the attractions we were interested in were nearby. As well, Kimi, the property manager, was a delight to deal with. Loved everything about our stay!"

La Jolla Village Travel Tips

La Jolla Village Vacation Apartments Near Many Sporting Locations

La Jolla Village vacation apartments are near many various sporting areas. There are golf courses available, both private and municipal. Many of the beaches are perfect for a variety of water sports including scuba diving, windsurfing, and swimming. La Jolla Village vacation homes make a sports-filled vacation more relaxing since the group can stay in for the evening when their muscles are sore from all of the activities. Most of the homes have full kitchens and dining areas so the group never has to leave to eat, and multiple bedrooms means that everyone can stay under the same roof.

Many Golf Courses and Beaches to Choose From

In the vicinity of the La Jolla Village vacation apartments is a wide selection of golf courses for every playing level. The La Jolla Country Club is a well-known but private club with an excellent course. Torrey Pines is one of the fine municipal courses available to the public. Golf is a great activity for adults as well as children.

La Jolla Village vacation homes are very close to the beaches. There is a beach for every taste and skill level. Whether a vacationer wants to take leisurely strolls on the sand, explore the underwater nature of the area, or conquer the waves on a surfboard or windsurfer, San Diego has the perfect beach for those. The La Jolla Cave for snorkeling is well-known for its great visibility and scenery.

Have a Little Laugh on Vacation

While enjoying San Diego vacation rentals and the group needs a break from the physical activity, they may want to check out The Comedy Store in La Jolla. It is a comedy club that offers local comedians on most nights and nationally known comedians during most weekends.
