  • perfect!

"This condo is as advertised -- contemporary, convenient, spacious, lovely! We had 5 adults and one infant stay here two nights for a family wedding; all of us were happy! Very easy drive from San Diego airport. La Jolla is beautiful and can be enjoyed from this condo. Short walk to beach and to dining, grocery store. Owner is wonderful -- very accommodating and thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend!"

  • Perfect Location!!

"This is the perfect home for exploring the La Jolla/San Diego area. The house is very comfortable, Anna the owner is very responsive and involved. Restaurants, museums, beaches, shore walks are all minutes away. I plan to return to this lovely rental!"

  • Great place for a group gathering

"We had a big group come for the weekend and had a great time. The BBQ's, jaccuzzis, and volleyball court were perfect for coordinating group activities. Everyone had plenty of space and a bed. And it was truly a five minute walk to the beach, which was a nice treat. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and it is a short Uber from many places with nightlife."

  • Good house for extended family

"My family stayed here for Christmas week. The upstairs had doors we could close, ideal for our bunch of noisy kids. Even with 14 people, there was plenty of hot water—no cold showers! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the linens were nice. Although, a bedroom suite on the main floor was awkward as you had to pass through another bedroom to enter it or use its separate exterior door. The location is okay. The street is busy during the day but quiets down at night so you can sleep. The grocery store and many other shopping locations are five-minutes away. The beach due west has nice sand and isn't crowded. The kitchen has a lot of supplies, but they are scattered, so you have to hunt for things. The upstairs apartment has no fridge or stove, just a toaster oven, a microwave, dishwasher, and wine cooler. We would have preferred a stove and fridge, especially since there is a space for them. Including them would make this second story apartment ideal as a stand alone rental. When we arrived, we found that the property had not been cleaned adequately, but, we contacted the property manager and they sent someone out the next morning and cleaned again and got it right. Also, the property is showing wear and needs some attention. For instance, the leather sofa cushions have spots that are worn and should be replaced. There are also a lot of dings in the walls that should be patched, and there are some areas that need touch-up paint. That being said, it is a good property and one that our family would rent again for a big family gathering, provided the wear issues were addressed and it was clean upon arrival."
