  • Beautiful modern house steps from the beach

"My family and I stayed here with friends and had an amazing vacation. We've stayed at 2 other vacation homes in La Jolla Shores, and this was the best. The home is spacious (easily accomodated 2 adults, 2 4 year olds and a baby) with all the amenities you could need, including an outdoor shower. The grounds were an amazing wonderland for the 4 year olds. To top it all off, my husband walked a short 5 minutes to one of the best San Diego surf breaks every morning. We hope to stay here again-next time can't come soon enough!"

  • A memorable stay

"Our stay in La Jolla, California was perfect. My family with 2 young kids stayed in this Townhouse for a week. It is the 3rd week of our 1 month trip out here in California. After visiting SF, Redwoods, Napa, Cambria, Anaheim (Disney & Universal) and San Diego (Zoo, Safari & Seaworld) during our first 2 weeks, this place allows us to take a breather from the many earlier adventures. The neighborhood is quietly tucked away in this affluent San Diego area. The location of the Townhouse is walking distance from restaurants, shops, Supermarkets and the beautiful Windansea Beach. This house is also minutes drive from the many great attractions & beaches in La Jolla. The listing & pictures accurately describe this house. The house is clean, well-maintained and decorated with a nice touch of today's modern space. It is also well supplied with all the necessities for our 1 week stay. Parking is a non issue. Even though the house comes with a parking spot, we only used it once since there are plenty of street parking in front of the house. I want to thank Lisa for being a great host. She checked on us mid-week to make sure everything was okay. She also help us find our kid's iPad mini (which was left behind) and had it shipped back free of charge. I highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to La Jolla."

  • Perfect Beach Getaway

"This rental is ideally located in the Windansea beach area not far from downtown. The unit is half a block from Windansea Beach, which is spectacular. Surf was up the week we were here and we enjoyed taking our morning coffee down to the beach every day to watch the surfers and the waves crashing against the rocky shoreline. At low tide the sand beach is exposed and one day we walked to the Cove and back, enjoying the beautiful shoreline all the way. The unit is generally clean and well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the owner has thoughtfully provided beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to use. There is an attached garage so no worries about parking. The area is busy with surfers and beach goers during the day but quiet at night. The owner is easy to deal with, and our deposit was refunded very promptly."

  • Great location, kids loved the pool, clean and everything was ready for us!

"This was perfect for our family. We used the pool, found it easy to shop for our own groceries, prepare meals, do laundry, and everything with the convenience of home. It was clean, they supplied the necessities and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again. The beach is minutes away and La Jolla is central to everything in San Diego: shopping, attractions, food, beaches."
