  • We love this place!

"This was our third visit and we hope to make many more over the years. This condo has all the comforts of home. The owners keep adding new touches, including upgraded bath amenities and a nice new couch. We love that it is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants (try the new Vietnamese cafe around the corner), a good grocery store, pubs, and most importantly, the beach. Easy, off-street parking. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Surf boards, beach bikes, and other stuff. Fast internet connection. Spotlessly clean. This place has been a real find for us and we think it will be for you too."

  • Great location with old La Jolla charm

"Elegant old La Jolla home in a great location that is a two minute walk to La Jolla Shores beach and a 10 minute walk to downtown La Jolla. The home has a great layout, providing three separate areas for gathering (western lawn and deck, living & dining areas and the large eastern patio), so the home never feels crowded and easily handles friends and family gatherings. The home has great views from the deck and patio, and I found myself quite content to sit on the patio and gaze up the coast for hours. While it's near a busy road, it's far enough away that road noise was never an issue. It's also far enough away from the main beach and downtown that parking is always plentiful and the neighborhood is quite quiet. There's a hidden beach access path 200 yards from the house, next to the Marine Room restaurant, and we used this access to go snorkeling with leopard sharks in front of the Marine Room, and to walk north toward the pier to go surfing and boogie boarding. We also walked into town a number of days and evenings for the restaurants and galleries - taking the Coast Walk trail to avoid the streets and enjoy the incredible views. A beautiful, relaxing and well located home - and it was a pleasure to pretend it was ours for a week."

  • AMAZING!!!!!

"This was our second visit and could not have asked for a better location! We enjoyed every part of this incredible home. Great views of the beach from the upstairs family room, can't be beat. The beautiful patio in back is great and spacious for grilling and entertaining. This house is exactly what you are looking for if you want beautiful views, relaxing living and great access to La Jolla Cove. We truly consider this house "our home away from home". Lynne is so gracious and always goes the extra mile to make sure that her guests feel like "family". You won't forget this place!"
