  • Family Beach Vacation = SUCCESS!!!

"I rented this property with my husband, 2 kids, and my parents, and had a blast! We already reserved a week next year. The house was very spacious, and would have had room for more. The water is steps off the patio, which was perfect for young children. The location of the property can't be beat. We watched fireworks every night, walked to the ocean a few times, rented paddle boards just a few steps from the house, grilled on the patio, etc. I also loved that the owner was very accessible. He stopped by a few times and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend!"

  • Family Friendly Property

"The bay beach, Fanuel Park, and close proximity to all that San Diego has to offer are big pluses for this location. The owner, David, is friendly and helpful. From start to finish, the booking and the stay were very pleasant. My young kids loved the cupboard filled with children's books and I appreciated the drawer of kid friendly plastic ware for them. The condo is decorated tastefully and very clean. As the listing mentions, there is no outside deck or patio but the view is lovely and a private, gas BBQ grill is provided just outside the door. This is an older building but the property is well maintained and the other residents are friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful family vacation. Ages 2 - 70 and no one had a complaint. Everything you could want is provided and the location was perfect. Bicycling, kayaking or just catching the sun it was something for everyone. The owner was gracious and helpful. Hope to do it again next year"

  • Beach Fam

"We are RCI timeshare owners, but were not able to get a property this time of year so chose a rental instead, the property was very safe and secured, it had all the amenities of home, right down to detergent , soaps, shampoo, games, DVD's, and the VIEW!! it was amazing, when we arrived, we noticed no air conditioning, was a little worried, but as soon as we open the patio doors, the bay breeze was wondering, never did get hot, and got pretty cool at night. There is so much to do in this area and easy to get around, can't wait to go back."
