"My husband, 18mo old son, and I stayed here for 9 nights and would stay here again. Nothing major to complain about but there were a few annoyances.
The good: Great location! Close to everything- playground, beach, bars, stores etc. Condo came with a pack-n-play, booster seat w/ tray (no way to strap to a chair but we made it work), books, some games, beach gear, modern tv and dvd player, huge rooms, beds were really comfortable, bedroom had blackout window shades, bedrooms can be closed off from the living room for noise reduction, Adrienne was super responsive to any inquiries/problems, garage fits a small SUV (we had a Toyota Rav4 and fit easily), keypad entry to condo worked great (one less key to carry).
The bad: Located on a busy intersection so there's A LOT of outside noise. Only way to cool down the condo was to have the windows open (or pay $10/day for thermostat control). You can't watch the tv without having the volume high due to the outside noise. There wasn't a car seat provided like the advertisement said, but luckily we brought our own. We had to reset the wi-fi router a few times. The front gate keypad only worked 2 times the whole 9 days we were there, fortunately a nice neighbor gave us a spare key to use instead of depending on the keypad. The furniture and décor was outdated, but not a big deal. Lastly, the timer on the lights was annoying. They turn off when taking a shower or watching a movie. At least they dim and give you a warning that they’re turning off, but still irritating to have to wave your arms around so they don’t shut off."
