  • Perfect getaway close to the beach

"My husband and I had a friend come from put of town and we all stayed here. Perfect little weekend getaway for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious for a studio, we were impressed. There were beach cruiser bikes available for us and beach chairs. We rode down to Pacific Beach and enjoyed our much needed "Ocean Therapy" :) Alisa was awesome! There was a perfect little set up for margaritas for 3 and chips & salsa for us on the table when we walked in. A perfect way to unwind from our car ride in. We definitely recommend this place to stay!"

  • Great location at a great price

"Great location, great view at a great price. My wife and I stayed here for three nights with two grown children. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and in the courtyard downstairs, both had great views. The beds are very comfortable. The gated, covered parking was a big plus for us, parking can be hard to find in the area. There are a number of good restaurants near by. We liked Fat Fish and Caffè Bella Italia. Ginger was easy to work with. I would stay here again."

  • Fantastic Location

"My wife and I just spent a month here and we wish it was more. If you've never been to Pacific Beach before then add it to your bucket list. This property is located perfectly for shopping, dining and beach activities. Most days we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching all the activity down below on Crystal Pier and great sunsets. A quick ride down the elevator and you are right on the beach or on a private patio. Every day we would either walk or bicycle along the beach and just enjoy people watching. There is never a shortage of things to see. As for the building and condo itself, although being a little older it was clean and well maintained with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. There are comments about the noisy bar across the street but we never found it a problem when we were there. There are so many places to dine and drink within walking distance you should never have to take your car out of the garage. There was a bit of a glitch with the dates we booked but the owner was great with helping to work out the differences to everybody's benefit. We will definitely return to Pacific Beach and when we do I hope this property is available."

  • Wonderful Stay

"We stayed in the Beach-N-Bay 1 bedroom for 5 weeks and had an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including adequate dishes/supplies for meals and food storage. The kitchen appliances were quite new and worked well. Wi-Fi/internet and cable were provided. There was also an onsite laundry available to the guests. Access to the unit was with a key code so you didn't have to carry keys with you which we really liked. Our unit was on the second floor and, though we are older travelers, had no trouble with the one flight of stairs. Brittany, who was the on-site problem-solver, was friendly and made sure that when we needed anything or when there were any issues or questions, she responded quickly and made everything about our stay positive. Having her available was a real plus for us. Having the deck and gas grill available was also a plus. We knew that the view from the deck wasn’t going to include the water or any real views, but we enjoyed our evenings there and made friends with some of the other guests staying in another one bedroom next door. The neighborhood has lots of young people, but with the exception of a couple of parties, it was surprisingly quiet. We also felt safe walking the area day or night. The bikes worked well, and the proximity to the water (2 1/2 blocks) and to the restaurants in the area, plus a Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Vons and a Tuesday afternoon farmer’s market made shopping and dining out easy. You could get anywhere either walking, biking or with public transportation. While we did not need to use our car often, we did have a reserved parking space which was great. The combination of a comfortable place to stay, friendly and helpful service from Brittany, access to the beach, restaurants and groceries and access to public transportation made this a great place to be. If we ever go back to San Diego, we will definitely stay here again."
