  • Convenient and comfortable!

"What a wonderful way to visit my son with my 86-year-old mother and sister! We took long walks in safe, beautiful neighborhoods with stops for convenience foods. It was tucked away in a quiet spot, but with quick access to so many of the great places San Diego has to offer. Parking was easy on the street and finding a close space was never an issue. SO MUCH better than a hotel, and Ron and Rhonda were right there when we needed them with a friendly smile, yet gave us our space. I hope this place is available every time we come to visit!"

  • Cute little cottage

"This was our 4 th VRBO experience and the best so far. The cottage is very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Ami was very responsive to our questions and needs. Will definitely book this again."

  • Relaxing Thanksgiving Retreat

"We stayed at the property for two nights around Thanksgiving to be closer to family and avoid the holiday traffic coming down from Orange County. The property is as quaint as photos and previous comments suggest ... and perfect for two people. The wine and delicious home baked treats made us feel particularly welcome. While small, it is well equipped and had all of the amenities we could want (coffee maker, coffee grinder and beans, toaster oven, full size fridge and microwave, electric tea kettle, hair dryer, etc.) Armida was extremely accommodating with our last minute plans. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to food, coffee shops and tourist sites. A car is necessary, though. We would stay again when need arises and highly recommend this property."

  • Foodie cook loved it

"My wife is a foodie cook. We wanted a place right on the beach, room enough for our 2-yr-old, and a kitchen to cook in. We got it all! She bought her own knives (checked bags!) and specialty spices, but was very pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the little kitchen was. Grilled out on the sun deck, enjoyed the sunsets, walked on the beach to the pier and its awesome ice cream shop, drove to SeaWorld, on and on. Very fast friendly professional email/text interactions from the owners, super clean and all set up for success when we arrived. All as advertised."
