  • Great Place!

"A colleague and I enjoyed several days in the loft as an alternative to a hotel during a conference. The well maintained loft is only a few blocks from the conference center, public transit and dozens of bars/restaurants. Ira was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I plan to stay hear again next time I am in San Diego."

  • The Best Number 1 Property We've Ever Stayed In

"My wife and I looked at this property on utube and could not believe it -- we booked and it overwhelmed us. The view is spectacular--we could use the patio around the clock it was huge and faces south so the sun did not ruin the patio experience. The furniture is new and immaculately clean (my wife has walked out of previous VRBO's because of uncleanliness of everything being warn out). The beds are perfect and the best we've slept in -- we are going home and purchasing Tempurpedic beds. We are a couple and we really wanted to walk to sites -- this was a perfect location took in several padre games and walked to the pops concert near the Marriott. This is like a penthouse suite that you would pay 500 a night for in any hotel. We are booking yearly here!"

  • Perfect for Combining Business and Pleasure in San Diego!

"I registered for a large conference at the convention center and decided to take some extra time to enjoy San Diego. We did not rent a car, but that was no hindrance to our enjoyment of the area. We took a comfortable walk to Balboa Park to enjoy the zoo one day and then enjoyed Coronado Island another day. There are some terrific restaurants close by - Taka was a great sushi restaurant that I would highly recommend. If you like Italian cuisine, try Asti Ristorante. If you are an IPA craft beer lover, do not miss the Coronado Brewing Company if you visit the island. The unit was outstanding with an incredible view of Petco Park. If you are a baseball fan, you will not want to miss sitting up in the "bleachers" on the roof. The Padres were in town during our visit and it was a very unique experience. The unit is very clean and well-equipped. It is perfect for two people, but it was not bad the three people in our party. The owners were outstanding, providing good communications before and after our visit. They provide a welcome letter chock full of information in advance of your visit. There is a small balcony that was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening...nothing like enjoying the sounds of the city! We did not use the BBQ grills on the rooftop patio, but it certainly was a popular activity. Check in was very good - the unit manager met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the unit and the building amenities. The unit is a tremendous value in the heart of beautiful San Diego! I would give it my highest recommendation and will certainly recommend it to friends and family that plan to visit San Diego."

  • Excellent in every way!

"We have traveled extensively and have stayed at many VRBO properties. This condo is one of the best we have experienced. The location can't be beat. Just walk out the door and you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops, Horton Plaza Mall, etc. With the San Diego transit trolley across the street, you can get to just about any destination, Fashion Valley Mall, the beach communities, Sea World, Balboa Park, etc. The condo itself is very well equipped. We stayed for 5 months and had every kitchen utensil necessary for daily cooking. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The decor and design of the condo are excellent. This condo would work well for 2 couples as the bedrooms are at separate ends of the unit and each bedroom has its own tv and bathroom. Because the condo faces the inner courtyard, the unit is very quiet. The owners are great hosts who go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay and we would definitely stay at their lovely "home away from home" again!"
