  • Such a great location

"My friends and I had such a great stay here! The loft was so perfect. We wanted a wide open space with a great location. We walked downtown to all of the clubs, bars and restaurants. Ralphs was just down the street for when we needed groceries. Ira was also very friendly and accommodating. Everything about the place and stay was great! :)"

  • Location, location, location. The location is fabulous!

"Right in the heart of the Gaslamp a corner unit overlooking 5th street. Beside the restaurants, bars, and city life my favor part of the day was walking across the street to the harbor for my daily runs along the harbor. Even though I worked during the week, I came back at the end of the day, and felt like I was on vacation. I booked directly with Brandon and he replied to all my questions in a very timely manner. Brandon went out of this way to make sure everything went smooth. I had arrived late and tired not to mention after midnight. Brandon had everything in order and it was easy to retrieve the condo keys. The unit I had on was located on the 3rd floor. It was nicely decorated, very comfortable w/ both rooms having queen beds and sofa bed in the living room. The condo also comes with two parking spaces in the parking garage. This was a huge plus being that street parking was not always available. Hotels around here charge $30-$40 a night for parking and in San Diego you cannot get around so easily without a car. I have stayed in some of the other condo units in the past that Brandon manages and have to say this condo provides ample amounts of sunshine being a corner unit. Each condo is decorated differently and you can view them on the website. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with the standard kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware. This was an added plus for me because I was able to prepare breakfast, snacks and a few other meals at the condo. For meals that I did eat out there was plenty to choose from but my favorite is Donovan’s which is located on the ground floor of the same building. Be prepared to have a fantastic meal excellent service and a large bill… There are a couple grocery stores in the area which included Ralph's on 1st & Market and a discount grocery store on 10th & Market. It is true that they do not have a cleaning service daily but that is how it is anytime you rent a condo. I did request a mid-stay clean which was done while I was at work. The toiletries they offer are minimal but I brought all of our own. I do recommend getting a higher condo if the noise of city goers would be bothersome to you. However, you are downtown and that’s what the city experience is all about. Overall, it was a great stay, loved the location and being walking distance to just about anything you could need. This was my third time staying in one of Brandon’s condo, and I will definitely return."

  • Fantastic Location

"Just spent 3 weeks at this condo and loved the great location. The area is right downtown across from the convention center, yet is quiet and almost secluded. The main attractions on the bay are within easy walking distance, as are grocery stores, restaurants, Horton Plaza and Petco Park. The condo itself is much more spacious than the photos suggest and had been recently upgraded with some new items, which was a nice plus. The building is well maintained and feels quite safe. Tovik and Colleen were very helpful, especially with our delayed arrival time. A slight negative is the freight trains passing close by at night can be quite noisy, but there are not many each day."
