  • PERFECT TIME AWAY....

"My husband and I planned a last minute trip to San Diego and discovered this property. This top floor condo is spotless and in a perfect area. We walked or took public transportation everywhere- never used the car! Our car was parked in a secure area of the building. Such a great neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was so comfortable. We didn't do much cooking, but we could have with the full size kitchen. The building was safe and secure and very quiet at night. We loved being a part of neighborhood vibe...alot of foot commuters out during the day. Thank you Patti for everything (GO Chargers!!) and Lloyd for meeting us and showing us around!! We can't wait to come back!"

  • Great Gaslamp District Base

"We stayed in this delightful apartment for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The apartment was ideally situated for us, being right in the heart of the restaurant area and within easy walking distance of the Convention Center and Petco Park. The trolley stop was nearby for easy transportation to attractions further afield. The apartment was very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved being able to watch the street activity from the bay window. This is the second time we have rented an apartment from Brandon and once again we found him extremely easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment."

  • Wonderful Stay

"We stayed at the Parc Suites 1Bedroom/1Bathroom unit for 2 weeks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was lovely and helpful and tried so much to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment is very nice with modern/urban finishing. The apartment is also located in a great spot in the heart of SD. We would for sure stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends."

  • All inclusive, penthouse loft

"As a travel nurse, I have lived in many places and dealt with countless landlords. Greg was readily available any day of the week and made our transition into the condo seamless. All utilities, laundry, and parking were included, which is a rarity for downtown. The gym, pool, and fire pit were an added bonus to enjoy after a long shift. All the tenants were friendly and helpful. The condo itself is close to the fabulous restaraunts of Hillcrest and nightlife in Gaslamp. The baseball stadium is straight down the street as well. I personally will never forget watching the planes fly in over Balboa Park at sunset. I can confidently say this loft was perfect."
