"Great spot in the heart of gaslamp! No need to rent a car...walked everywhere we needed to go. Kitchen and linens well stocked. Very clean. Good for a couple or 3-4 who don't mind close quarters (sharing a bed). I planned the trip for myself and three girlfriends and we had an excellent time! Good eats at nearby restaurants and had a great time at Shout House!"

"This apartment was very convenient for anything I needed during my stay! There was a designated parking spot for my rental car. I could walk to so many great and different restaurants. Any sort of shopping was close and easy.
It was also great for being a tourist, when I had the time. The trolley was nearby so I was able to take it, or even walk to some of the hot spots! USS Midway Museum, Seaport Village, Petco Park, Little Italy, Old Town, etc. Coronado, Balboa Park and the zoo are also located nearby. So much to do - I was never bored and definitely took advantage of the very convenient location!
I was sent from the East Coast to work in San Diego for a couple of months this spring. I spent my first week in a hotel and desperately looked to move out. When I found this location and contacted Brandon, he helped me move in promptly. He always responded quickly, was polite, and did whatever he could to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
If I return to San Diego for work (or play!), I would definitely reach out to Brandon again!"

"Just spent 3 weeks at this condo and loved the great location. The area is right downtown across from the convention center, yet is quiet and almost secluded. The main attractions on the bay are within easy walking distance, as are grocery stores, restaurants, Horton Plaza and Petco Park. The condo itself is much more spacious than the photos suggest and had been recently upgraded with some new items, which was a nice plus. The building is well maintained and feels quite safe. Tovik and Colleen were very helpful, especially with our delayed arrival time. A slight negative is the freight trains passing close by at night can be quite noisy, but there are not many each day."
