  • Great location!

"Six of us shared this property and found the location to be perfect for our needs. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The property was clean and well-maintained and the owner is friendly and available should there be any issues. If we return to San Diego, we would definitely use this property again."

  • Wonderful Stay

"We stayed at the Parc Suites 1Bedroom/1Bathroom unit for 2 weeks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Everyone was lovely and helpful and tried so much to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment is very nice with modern/urban finishing. The apartment is also located in a great spot in the heart of SD. We would for sure stay there again and would definitely recommend it to family and friends."

  • Exceptional Rental Property

"Three years ago we rented this beautiful condo for two months in an effort to escape the harsh New England winter. From that first wonderful stay it has become our yearly winter home away from home. If you are looking for a condo in San Diego that is perfect in every way then this is it! The downtown location is superb. Although there is an assigned parking space in a private garage under the building, you can leave your car at home. Located steps away is the Green Line trolley which can connect you to pretty much anywhere you want to go in addition to a wonderful bus system that can fine tune your destination. If you happen to be over 60, the cost for a monthly transit pass (unlimited use of all buses and trolleys) is only $18.00 (plus one time only fee of $2.00 to purchase transit card). The Gas Lamp district, located only a block away, affords all the dining and entertainment options you could possibly want along with fun shops and a movie theater. One might be concerned that with it's proximity to the trolley and Gas lamp the condo could be noisy. I assure you it isn't! Our winter stays have included both Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day celebrations (major parties) in the Gas Lamp and we have never heard any noise from within the condo. Located just a short walk away is a Ralph's grocery store and CVS is nearby as well. It is even a quick trip to Costco via the bus! Ready for a day of fun and adventure? Walk out the door, hop on the trolley and/or bus and soon you'll be at Sea World, beautiful Pacific Beach, Old Town, Coronado, La Jolla and the list goes on and on. Not to be missed is beautiful Balboa Park (bus 7 or 215!) home to the famous San Diego zoo. Don't miss the zoo but make sure you plan to spend another day or so at Balboa Park itself. It is a gem. After a long fun-filled day, returning to this condo is blissful. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated and has everything in the way of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, etc. that you could ever need. It is the best equipped rental in which we have ever stayed. No review of this wonderful spot would be complete without a comment about the owner. From our initial contact three years ago to the present time, he has been exceptional. When we first considered renting this place I had several questions. All my inquiries were answered promptly and he offered many excellent suggestions. He makes you feel like you are dealing with a friend as opposed to a landlord. I highly recommend this condo!"

  • Perfect for Combining Business and Pleasure in San Diego!

"I registered for a large conference at the convention center and decided to take some extra time to enjoy San Diego. We did not rent a car, but that was no hindrance to our enjoyment of the area. We took a comfortable walk to Balboa Park to enjoy the zoo one day and then enjoyed Coronado Island another day. There are some terrific restaurants close by - Taka was a great sushi restaurant that I would highly recommend. If you like Italian cuisine, try Asti Ristorante. If you are an IPA craft beer lover, do not miss the Coronado Brewing Company if you visit the island. The unit was outstanding with an incredible view of Petco Park. If you are a baseball fan, you will not want to miss sitting up in the "bleachers" on the roof. The Padres were in town during our visit and it was a very unique experience. The unit is very clean and well-equipped. It is perfect for two people, but it was not bad the three people in our party. The owners were outstanding, providing good communications before and after our visit. They provide a welcome letter chock full of information in advance of your visit. There is a small balcony that was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening...nothing like enjoying the sounds of the city! We did not use the BBQ grills on the rooftop patio, but it certainly was a popular activity. Check in was very good - the unit manager met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the unit and the building amenities. The unit is a tremendous value in the heart of beautiful San Diego! I would give it my highest recommendation and will certainly recommend it to friends and family that plan to visit San Diego."
