Recent Gaslamp Quarter reviews

  • Great Gaslamp District Base

"We stayed in this delightful apartment for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The apartment was ideally situated for us, being right in the heart of the restaurant area and within easy walking distance of the Convention Center and Petco Park. The trolley stop was nearby for easy transportation to attractions further afield. The apartment was very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved being able to watch the street activity from the bay window. This is the second time we have rented an apartment from Brandon and once again we found him extremely easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment."

  • Great San Diego East Village Condo

"We spent a full month at this 2BR Downtown Condo. The outdoor deck space is fabulous! Sat there in the sun every day. One downside is that the new Central Library right across the street makes a disturbing howling noise when it is windy, although infrequent. The interior of the Condo was beautifully decorated and very quiet. The gracious Owners were extremely responsive when we had a slight problem with the TV. They also provided a comprehensive list of restaurant options and reviews for the San Diego area that was very helpful and accurate! The only negatives were (1) the feather bed pillows and some sheet sets are in need of replacement, and (2) some things were in short supply like hangars, drinking glasses, coffee cups, Kleenex, and some cleaning supplies. All in all, however, this is a well-located Condo and we had a marvelous experience. We would recommend this to others interested in East Village, Petco Park, and even close to the Convention Center."

  • The Best Place To Stay in Downtown San Diego!

"I was in town for work and stayed at this unit for two months. The unit is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you would need for a short-term or long-term stay. I really enjoyed being able to read and drink coffee on the beautiful balcony during the weekends and enjoy the huge flat screen TV in the evenings. During the day, there is almost no reason to turn on the lights, as the unit is filled with beautiful San Diego sunlight! The fitness center is also clean and perfect for a quick workout. It's also perfectly situated in downtown San Diego, with walking-distance access to Petco Park, the Convention Center, the trolley, and a dizzying array of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. In addition, Brandon was the most responsive, friendly, accommodating, and professional person to work with. If I had a question or concern, I received an answer from Brandon quickly, if not immediately. I will definitely stay in this property again when I return to San Diego, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay and enjoy San Diego!"
