  • The Loft is our new SD go to VRBO!

"It's exactly as described and perfect for my family of young adults! Walking distance to everything, comfy place to relax during the down time. This turned out to be the hub for the cousins to hang out and get to know each other (all in town celebrating Grandma's 80th Birthday). The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make simple meals and had lots of plates, cups, and glasses. Plans are already in the works for next year! Ira is a wonderful host - thank you for the ease and simplicity of securing the Loft for our family get away!"

  • Great place to rent in the gaslamp area

"Me & my girlfreind rented this place for a quick getaway to SD over memorial weekend. The description of the place is fairly accurate, as it is in the heart of the gaslamp district & within walking distance of everything there is to do (restaurants, clubs, shopping, etc...). it is well kept & has everything you need in the kitchen & the bathroom is very clean. It is in a secure building that includes parking which is a plus to have in the gaslamp. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Our only concern is the standard check out time at 10 am, which is a bit early in the day."

  • swell condo

"We spent the month of January here and although the "native San Diegans" were freezing (their word), we sat on the great patio every day and enjoyed the sun and my husband swam in the pool nearly every day. the condo is very very comfortable. In fact, we have been renting for 13 years and this place had the most comfortable furniture. The area is fun. Walk to the water or Little Italy or a mall or Ralph's grocery store. Just walking up Fifth Avenue will be a treat. So many people happily walking around or eating at the many many restaurants! Very enjoyable and friendly owners."
