"Great Condo, great location! Perfect for 2 people, easy walk to restaurants, Petco Park, Gaslamp district, Ferry etc. Colleen and Tovik were easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next visit and staying again at the condo."

"My wife and I spent a week here, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The apartment is in Little Italy within a very short walking distance of excellent restaurants and cafés. Anthony was super helpful with information about the place and also provided us with recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The apartment is very clean with a nicely-equipped kitchen, a television in all of the rooms, comfortable recliner chairs in the living area, and even a pool table for enjoying a game of billiards. Anthony has decorated the area around the pool table with lots of interesting sports memorabilia, a good amount of it related to the New York Yankees. But, he does have a few very interesting items for die-hard Boston Red Sox fans like us which was great. We will be happy to return and stay here again as soon as we can."

"My wife and I are originally from San Diego and we now live in the Tucson area. We love to visit San Diego in the summer to catch up with friends and family and get out of the heat of Tucson. We found this condo and stayed in it for the month of September. It is the perfect fit for us. We walked to everything from restaurants, parks, shopping SeaPort Village etc. The condo is extremely well appointed and comfortable. Hopefully, we can return year after year!"

"We enjoyed our stay in San Diego immensely and in particular, loved Little Italy. It is a great place just to walk around in, and has some wonderful cafes and markets if you’re in the mood for Italian food! On more than one occasion we made pizza with fresh vegetables from the farmers market, and dough and fresh pepperoni and mozzarella cheese from a local Italian market. India Street is fascinating and the Farmers Market a few blocks away is one of the best we have been to around the country (the Farmers Market also has some wonderful live music on Saturdays too!). Aron was very helpful, an excellent person to deal with. He told us that if there was ever anything we needed to contact him. There were a few items that came up during the course of our stay that we needed, and he was very quick to get back with us and delivered the items to the apartment himself. As other reviews mentioned, Aron had a bottle of wine and some wonderful chocolate bars waiting for us upon our arrival. A nice touch! This apartment worked out quite well for us; it is very quiet on the top floor of the building. It does have parking but we didn’t have a car so we walked to the trolley (light rail) station in Little Italy. From there, you can take a train or bus to about any place in the county. The rental has supplies that are many times not included such as laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. It is nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment; and also a printer and various ‘office supplies’ that can come in handy. We were especially pleased with the high quality of the apartment and the building for a very reasonable price. We grilled out and ate dinner on the second floor common courtyard several times. It has some nice outdoor seating that doesn’t seem to get used much. We are not sure when we might get back to San Diego, but if it works out we will plan on staying here again."
