"Our family enjoyed our stay in Little Italy. Ralph met us at condo and welcomed us to the neighborhood. The condo is comfortable and has a neat eclectic style. The location is excellent to walk to most attractions and enjoy the neighborhood cafes. It felt like home and we had a lovely time. I would highly recommend Ralph's condo!"

"My wife and I spent a week here, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The apartment is in Little Italy within a very short walking distance of excellent restaurants and cafés. Anthony was super helpful with information about the place and also provided us with recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The apartment is very clean with a nicely-equipped kitchen, a television in all of the rooms, comfortable recliner chairs in the living area, and even a pool table for enjoying a game of billiards. Anthony has decorated the area around the pool table with lots of interesting sports memorabilia, a good amount of it related to the New York Yankees. But, he does have a few very interesting items for die-hard Boston Red Sox fans like us which was great. We will be happy to return and stay here again as soon as we can."

"My husband and I spent the month of January, 2015 here. The apartment is an amazing combination of convenience, comfort, and fun. Others have noted the proximity to the wonderful restaurants, markets, etc. of Little Italy. It is also just a short walk to the lovely new park that now surrounds the county civic center. From there you can move on to stroll along the freshly-renovated waterfront. Altogether it's about one mile to the well-known Fish Market waterfront restaurant, with plenty of inviting benches along the way. It's just a little farther to Seaport Village. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and stylishly-furhished. During part of our stay we were joined by our son and his wife. We found the apartment well-designed to accomodate two adult couples. The wall bed was comfortable and not difficult to raise and lower. The juke box plays CD's with a wide selection of songs. There is enough space around the pool table to actually play pool. The apartment faces north, so the balconies get no winter sun. But the roof-top common area, with sweeping views of the harbor and the airport, is available for sunning. We usually had it all to ourselves."

"We enjoyed our stay in San Diego immensely and in particular, loved Little Italy. It is a great place just to walk around in, and has some wonderful cafes and markets if you’re in the mood for Italian food! On more than one occasion we made pizza with fresh vegetables from the farmers market, and dough and fresh pepperoni and mozzarella cheese from a local Italian market. India Street is fascinating and the Farmers Market a few blocks away is one of the best we have been to around the country (the Farmers Market also has some wonderful live music on Saturdays too!). Aron was very helpful, an excellent person to deal with. He told us that if there was ever anything we needed to contact him. There were a few items that came up during the course of our stay that we needed, and he was very quick to get back with us and delivered the items to the apartment himself. As other reviews mentioned, Aron had a bottle of wine and some wonderful chocolate bars waiting for us upon our arrival. A nice touch! This apartment worked out quite well for us; it is very quiet on the top floor of the building. It does have parking but we didn’t have a car so we walked to the trolley (light rail) station in Little Italy. From there, you can take a train or bus to about any place in the county. The rental has supplies that are many times not included such as laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. It is nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment; and also a printer and various ‘office supplies’ that can come in handy. We were especially pleased with the high quality of the apartment and the building for a very reasonable price. We grilled out and ate dinner on the second floor common courtyard several times. It has some nice outdoor seating that doesn’t seem to get used much. We are not sure when we might get back to San Diego, but if it works out we will plan on staying here again."
