"We enjoyed our stay in San Diego immensely and in particular, loved Little Italy. It is a great place just to walk around in, and has some wonderful cafes and markets if you’re in the mood for Italian food! On more than one occasion we made pizza with fresh vegetables from the farmers market, and dough and fresh pepperoni and mozzarella cheese from a local Italian market. India Street is fascinating and the Farmers Market a few blocks away is one of the best we have been to around the country (the Farmers Market also has some wonderful live music on Saturdays too!). Aron was very helpful, an excellent person to deal with. He told us that if there was ever anything we needed to contact him. There were a few items that came up during the course of our stay that we needed, and he was very quick to get back with us and delivered the items to the apartment himself. As other reviews mentioned, Aron had a bottle of wine and some wonderful chocolate bars waiting for us upon our arrival. A nice touch! This apartment worked out quite well for us; it is very quiet on the top floor of the building. It does have parking but we didn’t have a car so we walked to the trolley (light rail) station in Little Italy. From there, you can take a train or bus to about any place in the county. The rental has supplies that are many times not included such as laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. It is nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment; and also a printer and various ‘office supplies’ that can come in handy. We were especially pleased with the high quality of the apartment and the building for a very reasonable price. We grilled out and ate dinner on the second floor common courtyard several times. It has some nice outdoor seating that doesn’t seem to get used much. We are not sure when we might get back to San Diego, but if it works out we will plan on staying here again."

"My husband and I spent the month of January, 2015 here. The apartment is an amazing combination of convenience, comfort, and fun. Others have noted the proximity to the wonderful restaurants, markets, etc. of Little Italy. It is also just a short walk to the lovely new park that now surrounds the county civic center. From there you can move on to stroll along the freshly-renovated waterfront. Altogether it's about one mile to the well-known Fish Market waterfront restaurant, with plenty of inviting benches along the way. It's just a little farther to Seaport Village. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and stylishly-furhished. During part of our stay we were joined by our son and his wife. We found the apartment well-designed to accomodate two adult couples. The wall bed was comfortable and not difficult to raise and lower. The juke box plays CD's with a wide selection of songs. There is enough space around the pool table to actually play pool. The apartment faces north, so the balconies get no winter sun. But the roof-top common area, with sweeping views of the harbor and the airport, is available for sunning. We usually had it all to ourselves."

"Our stay in San Diego for the month of August at was excellent. The condo had everything we needed plus the over size shower, large tub and double sink. The king size bed was great because I am not a small man. Plenty and we mean plenty of storage space. The kitchen had all up-to-date appliances and the furniture was modern with a sofa opening up to a queen size bed. The flat screen TV in the family room and the bedroom provided me to watch sports and my wife to watch what she enjoys. The balcony had a front view of the ocean which we enjoyed every morning with a coffee and watching the sunset in the evening. Also, a couple of times a week were able to watch the fire works from our balcony. Private underground parking with your own assigned parking space provided great security. At this location we were able to walk to all the restaurants, food stores, entertainment areas and clothing stores. Each weekend the largest farmers market in San Diego was one block from our condo and stretched for approx. 5 blocks. As stated, all of these places are within walking distance.

"This apartment is in the perfect location, if you want to get a taste of what living in Little Italy is like, or if you plan to visit Balboa Park, the zoo, downtown, seaport village, and Old Town. You can either walk or take the trolley everywhere. Loved the sports theme, Anthony was great to deal with.
Would definately go back or recommend to a friend."
