"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location! :) Anthony and his wife were amazing hosts and made our family feel totally welcome. This was in a great neighborhood that was centrally located too many attractions in San Diego. We will totally look into staying there again. Thank you so much Anthony!!! :-)"

"The condo is in the perfect location -- the heart of Little Italy and walking distance to GasLamp and other great neighborhoods. Loved walking out the door and going to the market on Saturday. Views were wonderful per the photos."

"We enjoyed our stay in San Diego immensely and in particular, loved Little Italy. It is a great place just to walk around in, and has some wonderful cafes and markets if you’re in the mood for Italian food! On more than one occasion we made pizza with fresh vegetables from the farmers market, and dough and fresh pepperoni and mozzarella cheese from a local Italian market. India Street is fascinating and the Farmers Market a few blocks away is one of the best we have been to around the country (the Farmers Market also has some wonderful live music on Saturdays too!). Aron was very helpful, an excellent person to deal with. He told us that if there was ever anything we needed to contact him. There were a few items that came up during the course of our stay that we needed, and he was very quick to get back with us and delivered the items to the apartment himself. As other reviews mentioned, Aron had a bottle of wine and some wonderful chocolate bars waiting for us upon our arrival. A nice touch! This apartment worked out quite well for us; it is very quiet on the top floor of the building. It does have parking but we didn’t have a car so we walked to the trolley (light rail) station in Little Italy. From there, you can take a train or bus to about any place in the county. The rental has supplies that are many times not included such as laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. It is nice to have a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment; and also a printer and various ‘office supplies’ that can come in handy. We were especially pleased with the high quality of the apartment and the building for a very reasonable price. We grilled out and ate dinner on the second floor common courtyard several times. It has some nice outdoor seating that doesn’t seem to get used much. We are not sure when we might get back to San Diego, but if it works out we will plan on staying here again."

"The location in Little Italy, only a few blocks from downtown San Diego, speaks for itself. What sets this apartment off from many others is the attention to detail that the owners have devoted to insure that everything that one might need or want is there. I needed some scotch tape - it was in the drawer with small tools, pens, pencils, and many other seldom used but occasionally needed items. The kitchen, the bathroom, and the laundry had everything needed. In addition to being well-stocked, the unit was immaculate and well furnished. We will return."
