"We had a great vacation at Greg and Jen's condo. last weekend!! Spoke with Greg beforehand and he got right back to me on all my emails. Greg you need to take better pics of condo. because your décor is great!! A few things didn't work, TV in living room, we replaced the batteries to no avail, and fireplace, husband tried to light it but gas was off and some lights out as were the flashlights, again replaced batteries but no luck, kitchen is a little dated but bathrooms are wonderful as is bedding, even the rollaway was comfortable for kids/teens! BUT why do 4 people need 4 TV's at the ocean anyway right?!! It was not crowded, mostly condo/homeowners, parking is tight even for a small car but we did it without too much trouble. We grilled every night and sat on the beach watching the kids boogie board as the sun went down. It's walking distance to the center of Imperial Beach, tops 10 minutes. The only thing I wished was a guest book to get reviews of things, restaurants, we went to the Sea 180 Coastal Tavern at the hotel Pier South up the street on Seacoast, good food and right on beach and $$$, had good pizza from Seacoast Pizza (delivered), ate at the restaurant at the end of the pier for seafood, good food but just take out and you're eating with all the fisherman next to you, wouldn't go there again. Did not see Dolphins or Sea Lions sadly. Went to Coronado Hotel Del for lunch max. 15 minutes away, crowded, great food but very pricey. Would love a set of stairs to beach from condo. kids/husband did great on rocks, me post knee surgery opted to walk up the street for access to beach. If you're looking for a relaxing beach trip in a true beach town without the crowds or theme parks this is it!! Boys even went fishing at end of the pier and girls had nails done at Imperial Nails, everyone super nice. WE WILL BE BACK!! THANK YOU GREG!!"

"Great stay for our family. House is charming and as others have said very close to many of the key attractions. the host is AMAZING, can't say enough good things about our experience from booking through return of deposit. The house is the best equipped as far as kitchen and bedding supplies of any condo we have rented. We grilled several nights and made breakfast in every day, which really helps keep our kids on an even keel. Note to those arriving in the daytime, photo on this site shows a kind of bluish house, it's more green in real time, but there is no missing it on the street. Easy access to the local grocery with reusable grocery bags available for your use as well! Overall a great home base, I highly recommend it to anyone wanting close proximity to all SD has to offer : )"

"What a pleasant surprise! Everything was perfect for our week stay. VERY comfortable bed and living area. We enjoyed cooking our own breakfast most days and were within walking distance to great breakfast places, also. The location was central to all we wanted to see and do. No matter where we were, we could be "home" in 15 min. The suite was clean and everything we needed was provided, even access to washer/dryer. Loved the neighborhood and the 'compound" is as beautiful and private as you will find anywhere. Kent, thanks for sharing!!"
