"My husband had banned me from using the Internet to find places to stay for our vacations because of previous choices I had made, but thanks to this condo all privileges have been reinstated. I can't express enough how great this vacation was. The location is unbelievable, the kitchen is fully stocked all we had to bring was our food. The owners supplied children books for our toddler which was such a sweet touch. The parking is VERY tight. We arrived in a Honda CR-V and that barely fit. My father in law had a big truck and instead of parking on the street he opted to park in a garage down the road. Also if you do have a young child the stairs are a little steep and make for a great slide. Even grandma was doing it. We just moved a chair to block it but next time we will bring a baby gate. We will definetly be back and make this an annual maybe bi annual trip."

"We loved our time at the Ray's Mission Beach home. The home is very cute and has a nice beachy feel with only a short walk to the beach and everything Mission Beach has to offer. Jeannie was a wonderful hostess. She was available for questions before our arrival and was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. The home fit our family perfectly. We traveled with our teenage son and his friend and our daughter and niece. The two boys had their own room and bathroom and the girls also had their own room and bathroom which they very much appreciated. Each of these rooms also included a personal balcony which was a treat. The entire third floor was the master with two balconies. We really enjoyed the private space. The first floor is kitchen, eating area and small sitting area. The kitchen included everything we needed. I packed way too much food and didn't have space to put all I brought. Next time I won't pack so much and just take daily trips to the store. We took daily bike rides up and down the boardwalk and Mission Blvd. We enjoyed browsing in all the shops and ate at several of the local restaurants. Pismo Ct. is right in the middle of Mission Beach so we were able to ride down to the Mission beach amusement park and surrounding area as well as ride up to Pacific Beach and shops. I think one of the best things was that the Ray's provided all the toys we would have otherwise had to pack. buy or rent. There were 4 bikes plus a tandem bike and even a skateboard which our son rode several times. There were boogie boards and even a kayak. We took the kayak out the the bay and it was so much fun. The kids used the boogie boards several times a day. Jeannie also provided all the beach towels and even wet suites. We really loved living on the beach for a week in the Ray's home. We would definitely go back again and would recommend this home to a friend."

"Our family rented both beach houses for a week! It was close to the beach...but LaJolla shores has free public parking so we actually loaded cars with gear and drove everyday! It is a great location...it's close to busy streets but we didn't mind. We had many fun games of hide and seek in the homes...which was a blast...there are a lot of nooks and crannies around! The owner was kind, and helpful!
We had the perfect family get-a-way!"

"The house is exceptional. Beautifully decorated yet extremely comfortable. Great TV setup, compatible with my media player. Fully enclosed backyard and courtyard to keep pets and kids safe. Lots of space. The wine refrigerator in the kitchen was a welcome surprise. Private hot tub. Great Master Bath/Closet. Superb location. If you love the ocean, this is the place. Great restaurants within an easy short walk. Our favorite was Barbarella. We parked the car in the garage and didn't move it the entire week we were there. Walking to the village was a little more challenging due to the short stretch of busy road, but we did the 3.5 mile round trip three times. Great town."
