  • Great Stay!

"We stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time! The condo is beautiful! You walk in and it looks exactly like the photo such great views of the ocean with no abstract views. Was very relaxing to sit out on the patio and have a glass of wine. The condo has everything you need. Was very clean and Robyn was amazing to work with. Always easily accessible if we needed anything and right on time with the deposit. Also it's a short walk down the stairs to the ocean. It was like our own private beach, it wasn't crazy busy like some other spots can be. It's a short walk to places to dine at for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Your not far from the other small beach towns. We we're in the middle of all the attractions short drives to the San Diego zoo and Sea World. I would definitely stay again the condo it was perfect for our family, very peaceful and relaxing! Thank you Robyn!"

  • Perfect Family Vacation

"This Seascape Sur Condo was perfect for our family traveling with young kids. The condo is beautifully decorated with beach photographs, clean, and well cared for. It has a cozy couch for down time, TV's in every bedroom and living room, a large dining table, elegant well stocked kitchen and three large bedrooms. It also has an outdoor porch with a grill and views of the ocean from the living room. The condo is stocked with everything that you might need: plenty of bath towels and beach towels, 5 boogie boards, beach toys, beach blanket. They have thought of everything--very considerate. Extra bedding, extra pillows. The washing machine and dryer look brand new. The kitchen has teas, reusable bags, recycling, dish and laundry detergent, zip lock bags--everything you need. The living room has family games and children's books. They even provide hotel shampoo, conditioner and soaps, if you happen to run out. The grounds of Seascape Sur are very well kept and it's a beautiful walk down to the beach. There is a pond and waterfall feature on the grounds, flowering trees and plants. The large pool is heated year round for pleasant swimming and the hot tub/spa is the largest I've ever seen. The beach is fantastic--not very crowded, soft sands, and you can watch the surfers. We bought wetsuits for the family (you can also easily rent them for $15 a day in town) and kids were able to swim and boogie board in the ocean for 3 hours straight, not feeling cold and having a blast. We are already booking our next vacation!"

  • Didn't want to leave

"4 days in this beautiful little location wasn't enough.A wonderful private guest house with it's own private entrance. Walking distance to train and buses. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. Kelly has everything needed for the stay. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, fridge, 'goodie basket' in the kitchen, coffee, creamer, nice bathroom amenities.Super comfy bed, cable TV. A short 2 block walk to the beach. Friendly people, good food, funky little town. We will be back! We didn't have a car and rode public transportation everywhere. There's a CVS about 3 blocks away that carries munchies and wine. (bring your own bag ,California charges 10cents if you don't have your own). Pizza Nova. way up the hill delivers some pretty good Italian food if you don't want to go out. For breakfast don't miss the Hide-Away or Ms. T's. We were going to take the train to San Diego but decided to just stay and enjoy Solana Beach....so glad we did"

  • TWO WEEK STAY

"We stayed at Cozy Suite recently for two weeks. It was more than we expected, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very well appointed. The kitchenette was everything we needed to enjoy an early morning bite. Victoria was lovely to deal with and most accommodating. It was close to the beach, hiking, access to the highway, as well as being a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again. Rob & Carolyn"
