  • Ted & Judy Phoenix

"We really enjoyed our week stay in this lovely, furnished, clean condo. The condo looked exactly as pictured, but the actual views from the patio do not do the pictures justice. The owners were very accommodating in every way. The beach was a 5 minute easy walk and very clean and the surrounding area was fun to explore. We would not hesitate returning in the future."

  • Didn't want to leave

"4 days in this beautiful little location wasn't enough.A wonderful private guest house with it's own private entrance. Walking distance to train and buses. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. Kelly has everything needed for the stay. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, fridge, 'goodie basket' in the kitchen, coffee, creamer, nice bathroom amenities.Super comfy bed, cable TV. A short 2 block walk to the beach. Friendly people, good food, funky little town. We will be back! We didn't have a car and rode public transportation everywhere. There's a CVS about 3 blocks away that carries munchies and wine. (bring your own bag ,California charges 10cents if you don't have your own). Pizza Nova. way up the hill delivers some pretty good Italian food if you don't want to go out. For breakfast don't miss the Hide-Away or Ms. T's. We were going to take the train to San Diego but decided to just stay and enjoy Solana Beach....so glad we did"

  • First Class Service for a First Class Property

"This home hit the spot and then some. The location was even closer to the beach than the description implies and easy walking distance to many great restaurants (we LOVED Lockwood Table Cafe, try the walnut butter!). There is a fun path you can take up the hill for some breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen was completely up to date with new applicances and the appropriate utensils and kitchen implements to cook all but the most complicated meal. The owner clearly cares about keeping the home clean, dusted and classy. Our children enjoyed the pool table as well as the ping pong table as well as the spacious living room. We hope to return in the future!"
