  • Excellent family home

"I stayed here with my family of four and in-laws. The house was set up perfectly for us. We typically use VRBO when travelling and this house was our favorite to date. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and the private backyard was perfect for enjoying the San Diego weather. Separate heating/cooling units for upstairs and downstairs were definitely a huge plus as well. The owner was very responsive. Coronado is an amazing place to vacation so I hope to stay here again soon."

  • Labor Day retreat

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the best Labor Day I've ever had in my 25 years of living. The view, the house, and the accommodations were way better than any other beach house rental organization ever. I'm extremely grateful for beach front only for making my Labor Day the greatest ever."

  • Paco

"Nice place. Very accommodating. Bathroom situation slightly sketchy on late night trips. Headboard on first floor bedroom broken and bangs on wall when you move. Bigger coffee cups would be good. Garage way too small for a car."

  • Comfortable and Convenient in Pacific Beach

"We needed a place in Pacific Beach to host Thanksgiving dinner attended by our adult children and friends who live in Pacific Beach. This place was perfect for that purpose. Good Kitchen with lots of dishes and utensils and a good size dining room table. It comes with a parking space in a garage nearby, but guests were able to park on the street without a lot of trouble. The location is just 2 blocks from Vons, so grocery shopping was easy and convenient. The condo complex is quiet and neatly kept. We saw some prior reviews from visitors who had testy exchanges with other residents of the condo complex, but we didn't experience anything like that. This is not a beachfront location, but if you have bikes, you can get to the beach in 3 minutes. Patti who manages the place is pleasant and easy to work with."
