"Spent 5 days in the San Jose area and loved this place. Great location on Santana Row with all of the shops and places to eat. Groceries were very close and open 24 hours which was nice. The loft was furnished extremely nice and all of the amenities in the kitchen were excellent. It was very nice that they prestock some of the items such as beer wine and pop. Underground parking was definitely a plus! The managers of the property were extremely easy to deal with and returned my deposit very promptly. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be staying at this location again. Very good value for the price!"Guest: Don F. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 5, 2014View listing
"My fiancé and I took our 4 teenagers to San Francisco for a regatta and were pleasantly surprised how close the home is to St. Francis Yacht Club. The views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the 1915 Panama/Pacific Exposition dome are amazing. Each level of the home has great features. We put one son on the ground level with ping pong and his own tv the room was perfect. Level two was the main living area. It truly is like you are at your own home. The owners left their things as if they walked out so any kitchen item you need is there! We at outside on the patio and cooked on the fab Lynx grill. Level three is the master - wow- tub and shower (with the VIEW!) and great bed. The "guest room" was perfect for our teenage daughter (own bath) and then the bunk room was great for the twins. The bunk room is actually the families son's room and was great (double bunk and upper single bunk) for the twin teenage sons we have. This home is worth every penny of the rent. It was relaxing and warm and truly a home. I have pretty high standards and this one is incredible. We would definitely rent again and i have recommended this home to our close friends and family. If you do rent this home, please treat it with care. We were honored to stay there and want to be able to return!!!!"Guest: bethany h. "We were visiting Emeryville because our daughter and son-in-law just had our first grandchild. The condo is spotless, luxurious but livable with fabulous views of the bay and great amenities. We enjoyed the fitness center and heated pool. The condo is supplied with everything any family could want. The kitchen is totally equipped for serious cooking and entertaining. The owner is accommodating and the staff is courteous and helpful. The location is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay there again and would give this condo an unqualified recommendation."Guest: GSB Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: April 3, 2014View listing
"We enjoyed the very quiet, safe, inner courtyard, and clean downstairs apartment in an updated Victorian with the owner residence above. The #2 bus was only a half a block away and we could access everywhere in the city. It was accurately portrayed in the ad and was a good stay. We would recommend this place to anyone."Guest: Nancy Z.
